alright then here is how it is finalized as:

JBL - CS1215B - 12 inch Subwoofer Box Enclosure (1100 W)
KENWOOD-KAC M846 4 Channel Amplifier (720 W)
JBL Component Speakers for the front

Going with your point 1 and adding subwoofers to it too with an extension on the budget... Thanks a lot Freakdude for your help and suggestions... will comment back here about how i feel after i have it installed.... It might take about 2 weeks though to arrange a little more finance now..

If you get a chance audition all these components(AMP,Woofer and speakers)before installation.

The way sound is perceived differs from person to person.

You wont be disappointed buddy! If you like tight bass then get the sub in a sealed box and if you like a bit boom then get a ported box.

Also, for components, get either GTO S649C or GTO 609C and not the cheaper one CS 6C.

What is the size (diameter) of the front and rear speakers???
What types are they (component or coaxial). I have planned to upgrade my verna's audio. Buying speakers online, so need to know the size beforehand.

Front - 6.5 inch speakers (100% Sure)
Rear should be the same as front although not sure

The ones which come installed from factory are coaxial but not of a great quality.

Component speakers are a good choice to put up for the front. As suggested above check for JBL GTO S649c / GTO 609C.

For the rear, install a good quality coaxial speaker

The rear speakers doesn't provide sufficient output compared with the front, so I am planning on upgrading the rear stock speakers. How does the sound quality be affected/varied when the front is the stock and rear an aftermarket one.

I personally will not do that.

Changing front speakers will always be a first priority

If both the fronts and rears are stock then they would be all the same so one pair not producing good output could be the case of mis-tuning, check the fader and L-R settings on your HU.

If you still feel like upgrading, move the fronts to back and get better coaxes or even better components for fronts.

I have noticed you saying moving the front speakers to the back... are they any different than rear speakers?

Initially I have mentioned too that all 4 should be same and should check the HU settings. Even then if the rears sound bad as compared to fronts then there might be a possibility of damage, so keeping this in mind I suggested to move the better fronts (as mentioned by the user) to rears and upgrade the fronts.

Oh alright... it was kinda confusing me... made me think front speakers are better than rears on company fitted speakers..

Thank you for clarifying

The front ones give more bass and produce good sound but the rear just sounds weak/low . I have to check my settings though. I think my setup was:
Bass +5
Treble+2
Middle+4
Fader 0
Balance 0. The amplifier which I use is xenos 400w forgot the exact product name. Suggest me a way to improve my audio quality.

Share your music preferences and max budget. Also is the hu stock? If yes would you like to retain it?

My 4 channel amplifier that I've bought online has 2 High level inputs (Front L&R, Rear L&R). So I assume I don't need a high low converter. Anybody knows anything about this?
The amp is on its way to me, it will reach me next week.
