Buddy, there's lots of details in this thread. If that doesn't help you then please detail out your music preferences and the kind of setup you are looking for(upgrade/complete/partial), and any future expansion plans. This would help us help you better.

So, you plan to keep the stock HU. OK, for front components you can go for Focal Access 6.5" drivers, awesome bang for the buck are even better they are on sale these days so you can have them for around 6K. Get 6x9 ovals for rears from JBL, RF (avoid infinity as they don't produce that kick). For Amp, you can see from Kenwood 846, Kicker, or RF. Avoid hertz as they have heating issues. You can even try for JBL 1004 ( if I remember the model correctly). Superb amp and if you plan to add a sub later then you would not need to upgrade the amp. Happy ICEing.

Ovals are placed on the rear tray. If you want to go for door install the you can opt for 6" co-axes from any of the above mentioned brands.

After little searching and bargaining few shops here in navi mumbai these are are the prices i was told .
BTW i wont be upgrading anymore perhaps maybe a touchscreen HU but not anytime soon .
Comps : Infinity reference Rs 4500
AMP : Jbl 4 channel : Rs 5500
Woofer : Infinity 1260w Rs6500 including box
Wiring and labour ! Rs2000
So its around 18k , i can add another 3-4k if there is a substantial difference !
Suggestions are welcomed , will do the fittings in 2 days .

Done my ICE upgrade yesterday .
Woofer : Infinity reference 1260w Rs 5700 including enclosure
Amp : JBL GT-X646 Rs 5500
Components : I ordered infinity reference comps but the dealer got infinity primus pr6500cs instead , i was really disappointed but installed them , sound quality is good maybe a higher on the treble side Rs 5000
Wiring etc Rs 1500 .

Sound has improved but my main issue is that i cant feel the thump from the woofer as others have mentioned , is it the amplifier or the woofer enclosure box . Secondly there is a small humming sound which increases as the vehicle accelerates , its really annoying . The wiring man said it may be due to some issue in the HI-Low converter , he will rectify the issue on tuesday since they are closed on monday . I will post some more pics later .

Rohan, the whining sound might be due to the power cables and rca's running together,if that is the case then get them to run on either sides,a problem could be even with the hi-lo converter as your installer has mentioned.
The reference series components have been discontinued long back, the new series are the PRIMUS which you have purchased, unfortunately they don't sound as good as the older reference series.
If your dealer can take back in exchange,do get the FOCAL ACCESS series components, which plays really well with an amp, would cost roughly around 6-7k. It's an awesome set for the price.

I wished someone had mentioned about the focal speakers earlier , now i am stuck with this . Anyway after 2 months i will change my rear speakers maybe at that time i will get those .
My issue is regarding the subwoofer , i have heard the same sub earlier in another car and one could clearly feel the thumping in the heart but not in my case .
