The only problem is getting it fabricated in my village. i live in the rural parts and to fabricate it i need to travel quite a distance. also depends on the time the fabricator has. anyways i'm going to Bangalore for some work related issues probably will visit J.C Road and find out if i get anything for my liking.

keeping my fingers crossed for the outcome to show as i have imagined in my mind.

lets hope for the best.

this is all for now. will update this thread as and when there is any advancement in the project.

@ vijay havent found the handlebar yet. the blore trip has been delayed for some time as the situation demanded me being at the place where the bike was getting painted. as if now will finish the bike. i have a Electra handle. once the bike is assembled will ride on it to Blore and get the handle bar fixed. that ways ill also come to know if there is any other problems after assembly.

Also im searching for a RE OEM windshield. which would complete the softtail look i have imagined for it.

ill attach a pic which would give you a fair amount of idea as to how i want it to look. not with a twin engine though[;)]

@nmmmitra the bajaj avenger windshield will look tiny and long on the bike. Had considered it earlier however saw a bull with avenger winshield and it looked weird.

very nice finish, now eagerly waiting the end-result, delhi karol bagh market is a hive for bulletters, but if you do find the handle bar you looking for, make sure it can accommodate the front disk brake container, and other accessories.

for windshield & handle bar try Nfield Gear: Your Source for Royal Enfield Parts and Accessories they are expensive, but they seem to have everything.

@ navnit103 getting this done in at my place i have a painter who does all my work. he is good at what he does, doesn't say the job is complete until and unless he is satisfied with the finish. will be painting my sierra too after ganesh chaturti.

@ Nano freak thanks for helping out. i don't mind the cost as long as its a quality product. Thanks once again. will check with them and update.
