@generalmax i was actually waiting for your feedback on the build. the the extension that i have prepared directly fits over the original set up i have just removed the lip of the stock head light. i mean the cap kind of thing over the headlight, that has been removed. the extension that i have prepared directly fits over the stock fitting and the holes are marked to match the original holes of stock cover. however i don't have a diagram for it. Because i don't draw i just go with the design elements that come into my mind. yeah call me weird but never drew anything. ill probably paste a pic which would show how i want it to look.
i want the headlight to look somewhat like this. what do you say how will that look.

Thanks vijay for the compliments even i wish the same for it to look good when the project is completed. I actually love the soft tails particularly the FAT BOY but cant own one haven't got that kind of Mulah with me but can definitely customize a classic RE an iconic bike to suit my requirements. that's how this project actually shaped up. Dads actually mad at me for converting it. he says bikes are best to be kept stock as he loves the classic. I'm just wanting to show him the final product and get his comments on the build. if the the feedback is good i think i have won the world then. because its a bike for both of us.

Hi incarnation,

Appreciate your passion towards your ride. Nice mods, keep the great work coming.

Regarding the headlight extension, it may look out of place once chromed IMO. Can't comment if painted body colour though. Any Photoshop experts here? :help:

Buddy, with the setup that you have now, that type of chroming will be an over kill.I would say for the time being keep the existing set up and leave this edition for the future as you may have to change the entire front, like forks, meters and headlights to make it look like the one HD you have portrayed.Anyway waiting for your finished product.

@generalmax buddy do you think that chrome would look bad. yeah broader fork would be good but that would mean broader front tyres , further decrease in mileage. my dad would kick my a** i think this set up will be good for another 2-3 years probably then would think of changing it. and no i dont want a replica of HD all i want is a beautiful looking customized RE classic 350.buddy a bit OT, i have so far only viewed three pics of your bull why don't you post more images. my mind is dancing right now between chrome and no chrome.[:D]. lets see

I had kept the vehicle as stock as possible.Only change is the glass wool silencer.I am planning for a seat change and tail lamp change. My mechanic is saying welding and all,so little hesitant. That is the reason I had not put much pics.More than that need to clean it ,before taking pics, as the rain makes it dirty every other day [;)]

Today Finally Atom has gone for Painting. i have thought of painting it Midnight black with pearl orange. Ill attach a pic of the selected color. The theme is like the tank mid portion would be black and the side faces will be painted orange along with Red and white pin striping. Also the Mudguards will carry the same theme of black middle and orange sides with same pin striping as the tank. The Painting is going to take approximately a week or so. After that the final assembly starts. the build initially was to get over by 26/07/15 however it has been prolonged
and i would say going by the pace it should get completed by the 10-12th of August.

i know there is a person in US an indian named Mr.vardhan who has come up with its the same you are reffering to its called a muskket. if you want a link to his website i can provide it to you. however in his page he clearly mentions that he doesn't ship it to India as customization of vehicles is not possible in India due to legal hassles.

i have often drooled over this machine that you have mentioned. i think there was another person Mr. carberry who had come up with the V-twin wish our authorities would allow engine customization. that would bring about geniuses in India.

also i wonder what has stopped them in bringing back the parallel twin that they had in interceptor. i know the emission norms were holding it back but with the evolving of technology and so called R&D of Enfield i wonder why Mr.Lal cannot come up with the same twins with refined emissions.
here are a fe pics of carberry enfield
