Fosspatents reports that Microsoft is in the process of winning another patent victory against Google’s Motorola for infringing a 3rd Microsoft patent, this time for context-sensitive menus.

United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit agreed in part with Microsoft that the United States International Trade Commission (USITC, or just ITC) should have ordered an import ban against Motorola’s Android-based devices over more than just one patent. It affirmed the ITC ruling with respect to three patents (one of them was not infringed, while the Federal Circuit did not find that Microsoft established a domestic industry for the other two), but reversed in part and remanded the decision with respect to a fourth patent, U.S. Patent No. 5,664,113 on a "context sensitive menu system/menu behavior".

Unfortunately the US Customs have so far refused to enforce already existing ITC import bans against Motorola, something Microsoft is taking them to court for, but the move may explain why Motorola is now producing in USA rather than overseas.

Motorola is one of the few Android OEMs not paying licensing fees to Microsoft, and despite losing case after case it appears the company is set to continue defying the law, making it a pretty good match for its parent company

Thanks nitin_k. That was one of the must have app for me ! Added 3 Landline numbers + 2 post paid numbers.

Landlines are showing the correct details of payment as portal.bsnl.in . Mobile seems not getting updated. It shows the paid amount in 'due amount'.(when you click on pay, it shows 'already paid')
Landlines are showing 0 due amount.

Hope they will improve it further.

It was first released on WP8. Seems to be good. Haven't tried though.

yeah, its in its infant stage, should improve over time.

both were announced on Oct 2. seems android version came on 4th while windows version on 3rd.

Buy any phone but quattro. Micormax will have better hardware in the same price range. Xperia l is a good phone. And he can also try lg optimus L9.

Oh come on. You are worried about bad after sales of mmx?

For how many years nokia is in the country? It took 14 days to return my sis 620. Defect - earpiece.

Samsung service center sucks, sony service center sucks, htc service center sucks.

I was considering L9 within 16k. I was even considering huawei ascend g600. I know that your cousin will buy the grand. Pathetic phone.

My usage so far is like this

I have used number old model Nokia mobiles without any issues right from year 2000

I have used Samsung corby for 2 years without any problem and the same is used by my mother still which is a 5 year by now.

I have used a samsung wave 525 for 2 years and the same is used by my wife at present without any issues

I am using Lumia 620 from this march without a single problem.

I have used Sony W220 for 6 months without problem but battery was very bad

I have used a mmx and spice for 2 to 3 months and faced lot of issues

Are you not able to go to play store ? What is it saying ? What is the error message ? If you have time, visit here and look for a rooted rom/ best ROM and install it. Is AT &T one x is one xl ?

Please read it N number of times before you do anything. Read the comments too to understand the problem faced by users.

You cant kill/brick an android phone that easily. Even if you do not see a display, you can get back to normal working condition.

Brother got a Xperia L gifted by his bro-in-law. I think he liked it. May be he was using a galaxy y before. I cant judge the phone as I have not seen it.

Even this mobile is for my BIL who mentioned to me about Xperia L, presently he is a user of Samsung star 2 duos. I read few reviews about xperia L on gsmarea and found it is that good. I have always seen that Sony is very poor on battery back up(my subjective experience, no offense on any user)
