Indian Railways launches NTES mobile app to track train schedules

Now rail users can get information on expected arrival and departure timings of a particular train on their mobile phones besides tracking its its position on a real time basis.

Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), the information and technology arm of railways, has launched a new mobile application which can be used for various enquiries including train timings, a senior Railway official said.

The App has been launched for Windows 8.0 phones and will be further developed for other mobile platforms

I tried it just now and it really works superb with accurate details spotting any train live status

This is a nice move by indian railways to provide this app for windows users,get very handy on the go.

on your laptop , right click the bluetooth icon and then select receive file and then try to send the file from your phone etc.

Tried this one, but didn't find the option..

^^^ I am using start up menu application for win 8 and as you can see "Allow a Device to Connect" is disabled in this case.

What would be the reason for this ?

How can I fix this ?

Never go for reviews which are not 'certified buyer' reviews. Others posts reviews reading elsewhere or for increasing stars from 1 to 4 etc.
There are only 9 certified buyer reviews and all are giving one or other problem. See here

Better look for a better phone as it is 33900-150 (if you use the mobile app).
33750, you may get better phones in my opinion !

Tried this one, but didn't find the option..

Does it shows any devices when you select "show bt devices "? and what about selecting add a bt device?

If nothing helps re-install the bt software from the cd you got with your laptop.

An off-duty cop went to visit his parents and found the house was in the process of being robbed. The two crooks had taken the parents hostage and were gathering up items in the household. The off-duty cop was fired at twice before the crooks took off. One bullet missed the officer completely, while the other hit his Lumia 520 that was in his back pocket.

MS has launched the Lumia 630 Single sim and dual sim variants in India priced at INR 10500 and 11500 respectively. This is the first dual sim WP handset.

WP 8.1 rollout should officially start from 24th June. MS has promised support for 36 months.

Rumour has it that BBM should be launched very soon on WP (Sometime in June and if we're lucky then in May).

Does anyone here have issue using whatsapp in windows phone? It was working fine till today morning and now it suddenly disappeared from the phone! The icon is missing and instead blank space is seen. When i click on whatsapp all that i get is unistall option. Upon checking in windows store it is seen as "This App is no longer published"

Does that mean whatsapp has been removed from Windows? Or do we have any other method?

I am using today also without any issue on my windows phone. Try to uninstall and re-install it again.
