guys sorry for this nob question but as i am busy with heavy office work, not able to get time to fiddle with my wife 720 handset.
Where would the bluetooth files be stored in it?
she got a song via bluetooth and now unable to find that in her handset?
Anyone in help please, so would help in future sources too..

Vijay, if I am not wrong the songs will get stored in music section. Please open the music icon and see if they are there.

Checked there but it doesnt show up in the music section.That is why asking you guys, cant we check via folders for bluetooth files as how we do on androids?

Download the Files app by Microsoft. It'll be there in the bluetooth folder.

Before that, it's not possible to get it back. Sometimes it comes in Music, sometimes it doesn't.

I assume you're running WP 8 and not 8.1. It's not possible to install apps or games on the external SD currently. You'll get an update this month or next month which after you can store then on the external SD card.

If you want it now itself, update to the dev. preview. Search on Google for 'install WP 8.1 dev. preview'.

I think you should use Bing instead of Google

720 that my wife uses, it gets hangged now with locked screen.Even hard reset with pressing the volume and power switches doesnt get it started.Battery dies and then once kept for charging then onwards it gets started else gets stuck on that screen lock mode.
What could be the issue?
