Great thread.I HATE people who stop in the middle of the road to attend that "emergency" call.We had to go somewhere,in a hurry. She was not giving us way.The lady stopped in the middle of the road on her Activa,we almost rear-ended her.My father lost it and honked for 5 seconds straight. She gave us a look while speaking on the phone, which translated to "You honk at an innocent, lone lady, just because she attended her phone (in the middle of the road)?".I gave her a

The look was only amplified!. Another kind are those who do not obey any rule, but think they are better than an angel. One guy, jumped a signal so casually, I wondered if the signal is red (there were no cops)

. No grin,no guiltiness on his face, nothing.I would never jump a signal, and even if I did, my conscience would prick me (Not if I go left, cross the road at the closest gap in median, and take another left. It's perfectly legal and not as dangerous as jumping sigs.).Seeing this, another WagonR guy to the right-h side of the intersection did the same. Why do these guys do not know that traffic signals are for their own safety, not to make them reach late? Another kind of guys know that they are risking their lives, but "hell, who cares?". Guys do not have a helmet or seat-belts. Guys, if you don't wanna protect yourself with a helmet, find a 'hell-mate' before you die, since motorcycle accidents kill or keep alive, but are brutal while doing either of them. Good luck, idiots!
EDIT: one more... Disgusting. I was coming from somewhere and decided to recharge my phone.I stopped, came, and since there was only one customer in the shop, yet his few hundred relatives with him,was waiting outside. Just then,a guy came, sat on a bicycle, started riding, and SPAT whatever bloody thing he was chewing,on my FOOT. Doesn't that say it all? If I was a bit older, I would have beaten him to some sense. But no, my father was with me,and I didn't want to make an ego issue out of it, so I just picked up a cloth lying nearby, got that dirty stuff off my foot, went and gave my father the news. He kept his cool as well, good. But that's an India-only thing;my father's foreigner boss chewed a LOT of nicotine, but spat it in literally a box which he kept with him all the time. Another boss, called French Scott, almost had several heart attacks, by looking at the oncoming traffic. His attendant hanged his coat on French's side's coat hook. He was still in shock. What's more,he banned night travel all over India for his company. Poor chap thinks his orders are being followed. "Night travel in India is very risky,an invitation to disaster.Nobody shall travel at night for office work,no matter what."
*Maybe I'm just ranting about my own experiences? Sorry!*
