Hi DJbro,
Thanks for sharing the images. Are there 2 different shades of Red for XM and XZ version? Picture that I received from my SA looks more like Polo Red and it was XM version (somehow I am not able to upload that from my phn) - it was delivered to a customer. The pictures you uploaded looks more like i20 Red. I am confused with this Berry Red :(

Unfortunately he forgot to take pics of the interior. Anyway he will be taking delivery next week.
Will share more pics then.

Just to add to the list, you missed very much important 'Two Airbags', Corner Stability programme, seat belts with pre-tensioners and EBD in Tiago against none in Grand i10 sportz (Airbags are not there even in the Asta variant, are optional).

So Tiago here is ways ahead when compared with Grand i10 on this front, and even in terms of ride quality and handling its superb.[clap]
Grand i10 Sports comes with two airbags now, but no ABS and the other features mentioned. Only things making me go for Grand i10 are more refined 4 cylinder engine and hyundai service.

What's the difference between metallic and non-metallic ones[thinking]? Is blue the metallic or non-metallic[confused]?

I have chosen blue color Tiago XZ petrol.

I like Liva's red [embarass]

If refinement and service is concerned, Liva is not a bad option. Yeah it is not a *MODERN* car. Looks like old school and 90's car though(which is why I am not taking it ;))

Hi Guys,
Newbie here (First Post, so please excuse if there are some rules of the forum that I've broken unknowingly).
I took a TD of the Tiago Petrol yesterday and was really overwhelmed by the performance and the features in the car. I also tried the Eco mode, and though the power was a little less(obviously), the engine was still responding quite well.
So immediately after the TD, I couldn't resist and booked the car [:D].
I read a lot of positive reviews on a lot of forums and after driving it myself I could feel that Tata has actually put in a lot of effort in designing this car. I wanted to go for the XZ or XT(O), but due to budget constraints and XT(O)'s unending wait, I settled for the XT (Will grossly miss the safety features [sad]).
Also, please add me to the Whatsapp / Facebook owner's group.

There is no confusion in this sir ji. It is more of a mix between the red of the Swift and the i20. It looks good.
The Polo red has a tinge of Rosy gloss in it. The Tiago doesn't have that.

I don't know how to explain Metallic colors, but Silver of Tiago is metallic color. Basically, Metallic colors have that extra dose of shine I suppose. More like a fresh metal surface.

Blue of Tiago is non metallic.

Hello everyone,
I booked a espresso brown tiago xz petrol on 6th of april but still awaiting delivery. Every time i call my SA, he comes up with a new excuse trying to hide the fact TML is not allotting them any cars. Last time i called, I was told that I'll get a XZ without alloy wheels as tata is 'upgrading' their alloys and currently have some problems with it. In return i'll get a discount of 20-25k if i go with the steel rims.

Did anyone else come across such funny excuses/comments from their SA's? Please share

I booked espresso brown xz petrol on 10th april and getting delivery this monday. I was so frustrated with SA and his manager that I asked him to cancel the booking and booked i20 in between. However one week later, after lot of exchange of mails with sales manager and dealer, they allocated one vehicle on my name. It took 2 weeks to get vehicle delivered to showroom (800 km = 12 days [frustration]).

In my case, SA told me that due to color it is taking time. I asked him whether he deliver white/orange immediately and he stumbled.

I don't think company will be producing top end without alloys as it takes more time to modify their assembly line. Looks like SA is just passing time. Ask him whether he can deliver within a week without alloys, as you will get better alloys in market with that price. Ask him to come with a workable date or ask him the waiting number based on booking sequence. Tata works like a government organisation where you have to push to get your work done [anger]

Well what i feel is that, probably the SA may be true in saying that but, there is also a high probability, where by, he might have given away the alloys for premium to a demanding lower variant car owner from the car alloted to you and now ready to give you discount.

One a different note, I have read in other forums that Tata is facing delays from suppliers and thus causing delivery issues for tiagos. there is one particular supplier who supplies AC modules and that supplier has run into some problems. Not sure though.
