Yesterday Finalized my Tiago P-XZ silver.
SA told 4-5 weeks delivery time. Presently given only booking amount of 10k only. rest will be paid after I have allotted the vehicle (I strictly told SA that I will pay after PDI only & he agrees ).
waiting for delievery.

Thanks to all real world owners of tiago who cleared my doubts against going with it.

Surya, though your query deserves a new thread in car shopping section, but for once, in my view Polo is a good machine with nice driving manners and AMEO can be bought if you need a separate boot. Also there are many limited editions and new editions of Polo coming up very often so have update on them from dealer too. About Maruti, Baleno Petrol 1.2 is a better option because up till now the Limited Editions from MSIL haven't had any real value addition except for chrome and graphics at large. Moreover, why to wait for something whose time is not confirmed? Buy a Baleno 1.2 and you'll surely be happy.

and now, hearty Congratulation on your new blue tiago, Sampat. the blue color looks smashing.
Tell how are you feeling, what are your nieghbours saying after looking at tiago? Did you get any rebuke when you said you were going for a tata car?

Very close call for Polo and baleno.. may be this weekend I will TD baleno and decide.
One more problem with baleno is 6months waiting

congrats sampat .very elegant and dashing looking in blue colour .i had gone a red one though i said the SA i am fine with blue and white as well.many many happy miles ahead ,though at what time you had booked the car on which date ,adn what was ur waiting and all and from where you had booked the car. tell us more in details .we are also eagerly waiting for our turn .

White looks fantastic. I wanted Red but as it isn't available guess White will be fine. And those Alloys looks quite decent and even better in person than in pictures.

Well Noticed sir. But actually there is no tint on the window. It is the shadow of the wire reflected on the window. My poor photograph.

Guys, Yesterday during my drive, i just touched near to 100Kmph and I smelled some wire burning smell inside the cabin . Then Immediately I reduced the speed to 80kmph and after that the smell went off. Did anyone noticed such behavior. I read in another forum, the similar behavior reported by another person?

Guys, Just update on my Tiago AC smell Issue. Though I had only once the burning smell issue from AC, I Just dont want to leave as it is. I raised the complaint yesterday via TML service app. I am surprised, I got a call from TML, Quality department and within 2 hours, Service Engineer attended my complaint @ my place. He did complete inspection ( around 1 hour) and did trial run around 25KM. The smell was due to liquid which they used before delivery and it did not completely dried. When I drove , after the delivery it was burnt and thus the smell. There was no issues after that. He suggested me that, open the windows for few minutes and then switch ON AC with re-circulation mode, so that fresh air is getting recirculated inside the cabin.

Hii ppl, today i got a call from SA that my billing has been done with TML...with in 6 days car ll b deliverd..how far i can assure it..??
Does billing to do anything with fast delivery expectation??
