Got mail from Tata Motors today in my email account, the reason is I wrote in their facebook page that there should be a proper ref. no. allotted to each customer who books the car and periodically the status of the booking and waiting period should be informed to the customer by Tata, online.
Today they asked for my details regarding the dealer name and my cellphone number etc.

After doing so much research and fairly good marketing attempts (advertising, reviews, road shows etc), why TATA has not paid attention on bookings and supply of the vehicles? Particularly in this era they could have handled the bookings and status of the same very well online.
