Guyz,

Did anyone of you tried using SD card in the HK infotainment system? I tried using 2GB Sandisk Micro SD card with Motorola SD card adapter. But It didn't work. System did not read it.

Any suggestion?

Yesterday, I did a round trip of approx. 500 KMs, from Ghaziabad to Agra on Yamuna Expressway. This expressway is so tempting that this is my 2nd long drive in it, within 5 months. But this time it was Zestful experience.

This stretch of the road is the place where you can drive the way you want. And so did I. While going to Agra, I chose ECO mode with 90-100 KMPH speed. I was getting 100 KMPH @2300 RPM. Couple of times, I did hit 110 to overtake. But, that's it. No revving beyond 2500 RPM. AC was on for 90% of the time. Summary is below in the pic.



While returning, AC was off and difference can be seen below.



While slowing down on toll plazas I learnt that if you maintain slower speed e.g. 60-70, you can get even more out of it.

My Odo reads 1600 KMs now and FE is 16 KMPL. Before trip it was 13.5 KMPL.

Thank you very much for your mileage figures. These are really good. I am almost going to book Zest XMS RT tomorrow. But I was very anxious about the mileage. Anything less than 12 on city roads is a deal breaker for me. What is the mileage of your car in city limits?

Have you got this mileage with 100% use of AC? Then I should not worry at all. Have you adopted any special driving technique? Please share with us because most of the other owners have reported mileage figures very near to 10 kmpl only. Your response will be very helpful to all of us.

100% ac @25-26 degree with economy ac mode. To be in rev limit during runin period, i am using eco mode mostly and shift gears as per the indicator.

Yesterday, while ging to office, I suddenly saw that Malfunction Indicator is glowing. Even after some times, it didn't go off. I immediately rushed to Oberoi Noida which is closest to my office.

I was received very well. Withing 10 minutes, Service advisor (Gaurav) and Technical advisor (Kapil) came to me and discussed the problems. I was given the job sheet. Then I left for the office.

I got the call around 3PM from service advisor that my car is ready. After reaching, I enquired about the reason. They said it was due to loosening of some sensor wire. They have scanned all the sensors and everyting is right.

When car came to me it was shining like the delivery car. So no spots/patches of any work. It was washed properly inside out. There were some places where floor mat had cuts and were not fixed properly while delivery. They fixed them as well.

I enquired about fix for MIB issue with Kapil. Though he was aware about the issue, he said we haven't receive any fix from TML and will inform as soon as one arrives.

All in all a good experience at Oberoi, Noida. I am thinking for going to them for my first service next month.

Hi guys. Did any of you experience autoriksha type sound and vibrations while ideling say on a traffic lights. Bit annoying from a petrol engine.

I have received the booked as shown in pic, but the dealer hasnt signed on the extended warranty page & the coupons they've given me are 4, the 4th one though says Invalid for Tata Zest. Wish I had seen these things while I was at the dealership.

Any ideas? TML needs to ensure that all the things are clear & not hazy like it is now.

I have not taken gold amc. Hence, not aware what extra docs should be received. However, at the least you should get below Value Care Maintenance form.

I was talking about the normal 333 program warranty which is for 3 years. They've signed a AMC page with silver tick marked. Didnt they do similar thing for Warranty page?
