Sorry Wincy, no idea about it. I am very happy with my Zest branded mats which I had earned from Concorde after much of the hussle.
Guys
No news updates on the noodle mats
Now, you have started reaping the fruits from Zest. Last time you reported 8-9 KMPL and now 18 KMPL.

Revotron motors gets better with use. I am sure it will be much better after first service.
Ok, my mileage review for trip of 150 Kilometers:
28 kms in city conditions 1-4 gear 20-60 kmph avg is 16.3 kmpl
Rest in highway 80-100kmph 1750-2000 rpm Avg is 19.8 kmpl
Conditions : full AC , 95% Eco, 5% City+Sport
Overall mileage for the full trip is 18.1 kmpl

Dear moscowhiskies,

Congratulations for such good mileage figures. I assume all this figures were measured from the car display. If it is so, even then your car is performing great. Please let us know that at which engine rmp, you were changing gears. In a mileage test of Zest RT, I had shifted gears around 1100 rmp and used city mode 80% of time. I finally got 10.77 kmpl measured full tank to full tank method.

Dear mail2gsyadav,
Yesterday I have inspected the car allotted to me. Everything was fine. However, the manufacturing date of the car is 5/11/2014 and the odometer reads 194 kms. Is it a matter for concern?

Yes definitely it is a matter of concern. When I inspected the car at stockyard, the odometer reading was 9 Km and at time of delivery, it was 21 km.

Check with the dealer why Odo is @194. If the reason doesn't seem justified, ask him to allot other vehicle.

As you are aware that prices may increase from Jan'15 onwards. Ask him clearly, will it have impact on your purchase if you wait for another vehicle.

Having Odo @194 dealer is on receiving side. Hence, negotiate well if you choose to go with this car.

Hi,
Is anyone know ? how to get MapMyIndia GPS navigation in zest as this feature would be providing in bolt.
Tata Bolt equipped with MapMyIndia GPS navigation
I talked to the accessory guys at the dealership. As per him, it's not feasible to have video or navigation playback in current Zest XT Infotainment System because of hardware limitation.

Though, we all are hoping for some miracle so that at least GPS navigation can be available. However, there is no such option till now.

Thanks for your reply..I guess, you are talking about initial talk with accessory guys at the dealership, which I also did before delivery, but now we hear tata bolt is coming with MapMyIndia navigation capability, so I am start talking again, that seems to connect with your smartphone but not sure that is possible with ZEST or not.
But I guess, if they are adding this capability in HR system in BOLT then this same should be possible with ZEST as well..may be we need to upgrade our HR version...but not sure...any clue about this!! [confused]

Dheeru, whatever told by mail2gsyadav is correct. Apparently, it's not a software upgrade that's done on the HK system. Though the HK system looks similar, there is a change(read:increase) in the memory of that device. In order to provide navigation or video playback, you would need additional memory, but the current HK system lacks that.

Information from reliable sources.

If you are keen on getting navigation for your car, don't worry. I suggest the cheapest alternative as to get a tab fixed in your computer with a software called sygic. It's the best. Sygic takes the maps from mapmyindia. It can be used offline. Doesn't require sim card too.

I have a 16GB tab for the car that I can use it as storage for songs/videos and navigation. [drive]

Thanks Mrram, yeah sure will install Sygic navigator but still believe why is storage issue when HR has already SD card slot which 16 GB capacity....anyway..lets see when Bolt will release officially!!
