Hi Guys,

i did a small trip around 250km yesterday(visited Kotilingeswara temple). the engine response is smooth and very much satisfied with FE 20.6. But thing i observed is, when i switch off the AC, i felt hot air is coming in to cabin from engine bay via AC vents. i felt this behavior few times in my trip. anybody faced this issue? or its normal?

I also felt this when I switched off the inside circulation, but it was back to cooling normally once I switched inside circulation on. Should we worry about this or is it normal?

Hi,

I don't think it is normal. If we switch off AC, no air should enter cabin from AC vents. But strangely hot air is coming from AC vents. I am planing to go service center this weekend. Better you also consult service center once.

All the paired devices will be shown in list.
And from the list, I guess we can connect phone functionality of one phone and music of another.
I didnt try that. But looking at the settings, I think it is possible. I will try and update you on that.

Harish sorry to bother you but you havent yet updated whether multiple phones can be paired to the infotainment system at a time.

Did you try using SD card in the HK infotainment system? I tried using 2GB Sandisk Micro SD card with Motorola SD card adapter. But It didn't work. System did not read it.

Any suggestion?

Hi everyone i m from satara pune.i have brought zest xt qjt .till it has done 1800 km.
on highway it gives me 21 kmpl.in pune traffic it gives me 16 kmpl.overall 20 kmpl.i drive car on highway with steady speed 80 kmph.

i have also facing the mud in engine bay problem.here are some snaps

That is a good mileage for city, but on highway are you getting 21 with 100% AC?

yes when driving from satara to pune on nh4 i got 21 kmpl.i tried to keep my zest in 80 kmph and with constant speed .if you follow FE meter u will try to keep it near 30 end so you will get decent mileage

Congratulations on your Zest. Its indeed one of the talk of the town. I was taking a TD of zest QJD xt buzz blue with DRL on, and there you go, people were just looking at it. Its that kind of attention one gets when u move around in it like oooh and aaah's.
Taking interiors and design and equipment into consideration zest wins over honda amaze which i had planned earlier. But then, comes the brand image which tata is thriving to take it to next level whereas honda is just deteriorating.

i had also face some awesome experience in pune .couple of people enquired me about zest on sgnal n lots of people turned their head as i passed them . but the mud in engine bay is very serious issue .there is chance to get water inside headlight when washing the car oftenly due to mud.

did you book at satara or at Pune ?
when did you book the zest and when you got delivery ?
I read on another TAI thread that the mud-in-engine-bay issue has been fixed by TML. So I guess new zests coming out now should have that fix in place.
I hope mine will have it fixed
