I have booked platinum silver Zest at AutoVikas, Dwarka .I had wanted Blue color but as my dad will be driving it mostly so it would be too sporty for an old man

Hoping that Zest will live up to my expectation. Now I will compare it with my Hyundai verna diesel AT. So it will be AT vs AMT

AutoVikas near Ramphal Chowk? Brilliant! I had seen Blue Zest there as well. I think Blue is the new trend in cars these days.

I called up autovikas to inquire about Reverse parking sensor with camera. In the accessories list its cost is mentioned as Rs 5350 but dealer said it's a mis print from TATA , and it is only reverse camera with no sensors. Has any one got it installed in their Zest?
Please provide details.

I have been using dzire before and I feel turbo lag is very minimal in Zest. It as a very linear acceleration.

Actually I though of doing it. But later thought it will give unnecessary negative publicity for zest among even who has no plans to buy zest.
I have just done the fix for the one side which was lost during long drive. Will post with pics on how to do it.

i did a small trip around 250km yesterday(visited Kotilingeswara temple). the engine response is smooth and very much satisfied with FE 20.6. But thing i observed is, when i switch off the AC, i felt hot air is coming in to cabin from engine bay via AC vents. i felt this behavior few times in my trip. anybody faced this issue? or its normal?

Keep AC inside air circulation, then check whether air is coming from the vents or not.

its true, its only camera, no sensors. i am using it in my car, and i think when u have so clear quality camera, there is no need of any other sensors, u can see everything behind your car very clearly.

I am facing small issue that Reverse Parking Sensors don't get activated when I start the engine and slot the reverse gear. They work well when engine has run for sometime like 1-2 minutes, but not immediately. If I press the sensor switch, then they work.

Are you facing this issue?

My parking place is in such a way that everyday first thing I have to do is to reverse the car.
I didn't face this issue. But mostly I keep the engine idle for 1 minute before engaging gears. So may be I should check by putting in reverse immediately after turning on the engine.

Even I have tried putting reverse gear immediately and the display appears quickly. Haven't faced this issue.

Anyone observing "kat kat kat" sound when opening and closing the door? I am observing this only on the front left door. This is not giving any problem to me, but just wanted to know from others if they are also facing the same problem.

I also got this price for camera only as my ZEST XT has rear parking sensors factory fitted.
