No Mastiandroid. No idea of adding roof rails. I like the current look of my car, so most probably, I will never do any exterior mods in future, except the spoiler.

Yes, planning to add Bolt lip spoiler in my Vista. waiting for bolt to see in person.

Mileage RUN on 2yrs old Vista:

Its been quite long time, I didn't checked the Mileage of Whity.

So, thought to check the Mileage, during my trip to Relative home at Thiruvanamalai. Filled the Tank at Vellore and set the trip meter to "0".

As that was a Mileage run, I decided to get the Max mileage on State Highways. So I decided to avoid my Regular driving activities like Aggressive acceleration, Sudden Breaking and Gear Shift at Higher RPM.

The distance between Thiruvanamalai and Vellore is 72Kms. After visiting the Relative, we headed towards Vellore.

Before leaving to Vellore, Filled the Tank at Tiruvanamalai to check the Mileage.

Vista Drunk 3.65L for 84.4Kms.

Mileage of Vista : 84.4K/3.65L= 23.12KMPL with Fulltime AC ON with 3Members onboard

I'm impressed with the Mileage of Whity and Pretty Happy with it [:)]

You have got pretty good mileage [:)]

. My Vista gives good mileage, around 20 kmpl in Vadodara city. I am impressed considering the weight of car, big cabin for ac cooling & city driving.

That is a very good FE. I have managed max 21 kmpl in my Manza.

dear appu brother i have a chevrolet beat and i want this alloy. its really looks nice but how i can get it. Please send the address of the shop or contact number. onyx alloys have their own site but this specific model is not showing there. I'm really confused. So help me out.

Hi Vinoth,

Thats quite an impressive mileage you achieved with 100% AC ON and 3 on board in a heavier car like vista. [clap]

.
And that clearly shows that the car is in healthy condition and would continue to be in the same state atleast till 1 lakh kms.
Suggest you not to do any external mods which would harm the elite look of the white colour.

. All the Work has done perfectly and very well.

Total Bill : Rs. 5,400(Rounded), I feel the bill amount is very cheap for a 2 years old car with 52,600Kms and I'm really happy with itWill share the full service details by tomorrow [;)]

Hi Guys,

Finally 50,000km service has done at 52,700kms. Overall service experience was good.

Got a call from SE before changing each and every part.

Complaints mentioned :

1. Some screeching noise at breaks.
2. Steering and Clutch felt little bit harder than before.
3. Received some noise from front suspension at speed breakers(Occasionally)

For suspention noise, SE suggested me to install Strut Top Mount, which is available in latest Vista and Manza to arrest the noise. I asked him to proceed with the installation.

For Powersteering, SE asked me to change the Power steering oil, because I never changed the power steering oil till this 2yrs/50K kms.

Left the car around 10:30am and received the call from SE around 5:30pm saying, all the work had completed, except Strut Top Mount installation. Because of unavailability of spare.

As I'm in Chennai, my dad left the car for service. SE asked me to bring the car next day to install the Strut Top Mount. So I asked my dad to collect the car from TASS. But, again in 5mins, received a call from SE saying the Strut Top Mount has arrived. So he asked me to leave the car at TASS itself. so that, they will finish the work in the morning itself and deliver it before afternoon. I agreed and asked my dad to collect the car next day.

On Thursday(May 8th), received a call from SE around 12pm, saying car was ready and alignment had done after installing the Strut Top Mount at front suspension.

Dad collected the car around 1:30pm.

Total Bill : Rs. 5,393, I'm preety happy with the bill amount.

Service Details:

Total Amount:

I reached Vellore on Friday(9th May) and went for some 200kms trip to Kanchipuram on Country roads.

Review after driving 200Kms, after the service:

Power steering: Smoother than before.
Breaks : As usual sharp and excellent.
Suspension : Was able to feel the softness while absorbing potholes and patches(I loved it)
Gear Shift : Smoother than Before.
Engine Noise : Engine Noise has reduced considerably.
Clutch : Felt no difference even after the service.

Rattles/Niggles: I can proudly say, There is NIL rattles/Niggles in my Vista. Our guys Dhaya, Krathikkrish, pradeep, Maddy, Pkk, Sethumurugan drove/Traveled in my Vista. None of them able to spot any rattle/Niggle in the car [:D]

Over all TASS experience was Wonderful and I'm fully satisfied with it.

It is really impressive to see such performance by a TATA car and excellent response from TASS. I am delighted looking at that service bill of 50k km, looks really reasonable and adds more to the VFM factor of the car. Hope if some body reads this testimony of TATA car as how they are improving drastically and stop saying NO just listening to the word TATA [:)]

As Gurrala74 said "stop saying NO just listening to the word TATA"
This word "TATA" & its close association with taxis is the only factor for many families to say NO to TATA cars and they would not even visit TATA showrooms. With BOLT & ZEST round the corner, I sincerely hope wheels of fortune would turn in favor for TATA motors.

OMG , 50K service bill at just Rs 5.3K . This should put Maruti and Hyundai (specially) to shame.

Cotton Waste
Power Steering Oil Top Up
Brake Bleeding
Clutch Bleeding

These are generally done for free, at least with my experience with FASS.

BTW, 50K service cost of my Figo D in Nov 2013 was just Rs. 3015 [clap]

Excluding WA & WB, which can be added as another 500 outside!
