2nd Free Service Update
The car has run a shade over 6K Kms as on date but the service protocol required me to get the car serviced before 14th Feb-2018 (6 months from purchase) so went to get it done today at the dealer here. Since it was Shivratri & a Weekday, so the rush of vehicles was much less. Hence, they took lesser time to carry out the prescribed checks.
What I liked
* The Service Adviser this time was more involved and alert w.r.t my car.
* This time along with the driver's seat, the steering wheel too was covered with a plastic cover.
* The technician adjusted the spray nozzle of wipers for better spread. He did it proactively even though I had not told them.
* The washing mechanism is very good. A machine wash is anytime better than hose-pipe wash. Less water wastage and better cleaning. Even under-body was very well cleaned by that machine as it has separate spray nozzles for under-body cleaning.
* All Wires, lights, fluids properly checked.
* 15K Kms is limit for the engine oil change in Tigor unlike my CITY which has 10K Kms interval.
* Every technician on the floor had proper uniform which gives a professional feel.
* Vacuuming was nicely done and as per my requirement.
What needs Improvement
* Using same cloth on multiple cars to wipe them dry and to apply the foam on the car's body. This is one thing that I did not like. Reason is, dirt and mud from one car gets transferred to another one which defeats purpose of washing & drying. Each car should be wiped with a fresh clean cloth.
* The front passenger seat should also be covered with the plastic cover because many times the technicians keep their tools et al inside which can create unwanted stains and also to avoid the dust from the cleaning of AC filter.
All in all, I am satisfied with the way I as a customer have been dealt with. The service experience was better than previous one. So, I can this time rate them
9/10. No full marks yet because of the above two reasons. I have full faith in the TML Brand & their product but small ASC habits if taken care off then it can be a very good experience.
Apart from the above experience, Zero Niggles till now. 100% Peaceful ownership so far. Enjoying the ownership and the next free service is in August-2018 (1 year or 15K Kms post purchase).
