Ok guys, need to talk.
I booked my car on March 20(pre-booking period). On the day of launch SA confirmed us that our car is going to arrive with 3-4 days as I was the first one to book there( I have a proof of it). Now it's been a month from when the car launched and more than a month when I booked it.
I continuously told them and their higher authorities that I want my car quick but they had only one excuse to give and that was that the plant is only giving them white cars and also some of them are also not the model which I want(XZO).
Also contacted Tata and after calling them twice they wrote my complain.
After a few days I got an apology letter from my dealer that to in wrong English.
Any suggestions on what should I do now will be greatly appreciated.
