Ok guys, need to talk.
I booked my car on March 20(pre-booking period). On the day of launch SA confirmed us that our car is going to arrive with 3-4 days as I was the first one to book there( I have a proof of it). Now it's been a month from when the car launched and more than a month when I booked it.
I continuously told them and their higher authorities that I want my car quick but they had only one excuse to give and that was that the plant is only giving them white cars and also some of them are also not the model which I want(XZO).
Also contacted Tata and after calling them twice they wrote my complain.
After a few days I got an apology letter from my dealer that to in wrong English.
Any suggestions on what should I do now will be greatly appreciated.

Their reply is kinda true, that's how our car dealerships work in India (at least Tata). Initial dispatches from plant are not comprised of all colors and variants. It is to be judged based on demand and then ordered by dealers (almost like Make-To-Order). At least that's what I learned from my Tiago booking & delivery experience. Unfortunately, I do not see a way out for your scenario, other than checking with other dealers nearby.

What my Dealer told in case of Tiago was that the (O) models are made on order and red color would take a longer time and orange and brown readily delivered. As Prabhagar said check with other Dealers in your city. Please drop a mail to customercare@tatamotors.com

Buddy, I had earlier also informed you that the waiting period has probably now increased in my PM. Try to transfer your car booking to another dealer or else tell your dealer to arrange the XZO Petrol Tigor from any other dealer asap. Apart from this there isn't much that can be done. SA in your case lied to you as to close a sale.

Agree on the stability front.. but i beg to differ on feature list point. Baleno do offer great feature for same price. Baleno delta do have some feature that are not offered in Tigor XZ like Automatic Climate control and electrically retractable ORVMs.
Tigor XZ on the other hand has 5 inch display on offer.

Coming to Mileage claims, I am getting worried for the same. Many of my friends Maruti give 15+ mileage in CITY with AC. But here people are wishing to get 12-13.. [surprise]
Many people overhype mileage but Expect a bit higher mileage in Maruti compared to Tata/Hyundai but rral world difference might be just 0.5kmpl. It depends on traffic. In Bangalore my friends with Maruti Swift/Baleno also get 12-13 only.

If they are ordered by the dealer like make to order then I think that my car should have come first as when I checked their record some time before I saw mostly XZO model with the launch colour Cooper dazzle so what I think is that they are trying to make a total fool of me and now I think that because of this bad experience I am going to recommend some other car and dealer. The reason for this is that I don't think that I got a proper treatment from Tata also. If they are currently not able to manage these much supplies than what about the future?

Already dropped an email to them then only I got the apology letter. BTW I think currently the demands are not too high that Tata can't fulfill them easily

I am sorry but I could not interpret your points in this post. Please clarify which record you saw from dealer, may be a photo would help if it's not confidential. That said, if you have booked copper dazzle, then I bet it is part of the first lot to almost all dealerships as it is the promoted color for Tigor Petrol. Your dealer could have bypassed the booking order and allotted first batch car to someone else, which is not uncommon in India.
Now waiting for the DZire. Already booked it now lets see which car comes first and also the prices of the DZire.
Reminds me of my scenario, I got my Tiago allotment, after 4 weeks, just before I was going to book Etios Liva [glasses].

Let me help you here. Please share the dealer name and other details ie model, booking date, color etc

He didn't allow me to take a photo of it as it had all the details and contact info. But it was a file and had a record of the orders, payment etc.
Yes, they have bypassed my booking. Really angry with this attitude of my dealer.
I think they have already sold Cooper dazzle colour to someone who is in a relationship with the dealer.

I would suggest you to buy the car you like ( tigor,dzire or whatever else),irrespective of the waiting period.You are not going to buy every year,so be patient and buy whatever you want .

Buddy you don't know what my situation was, it was my parent's anniversary on April 19th. I thought I will give them a surprise with a car for which I was saving from the time when I started earning. Now my that plan is flopped which makes me really angry with the careless attitude of Tata motors and the dealership.
Unfortunate that everything did not went as per your plan.Now,invest in the car you really like, even if you have to wait for few months.I am sure the car you choose will bring great joy and pride to your parents irrespective of the time you gift them .

P.S. Since it's for your parents why not baleno delta CVT.

Like the earlier commenter, I too would suggest an auto car for parents. In fact I think everyone should move towards autobox due to our traffic situation.

Also have booked a baleno Zeta petrol for them but the rear seat discomfort and the suspension problem is stopping me, I don't know if that issue is resolved or not but then also the waiting period is too long. I booked one on 28 Feb, thinking that it will be a good car for my parents but still I don't think that I will be getting it by June or July or maybe August also.

My suggestion is stay with your Tigor booking, meet the GM of dealership and lodge a formal complaint, harass them day and night with this and you will see things moving faster or simply change your dealer.

Whenever I go to the dealership and ask them about their GM they say that he is out of station. Already tried harassing them continuously, some time they don't even pick the phone also. I think changing the dealer is the only option now but then also I am not sure that I will get my car soon or not, because contacting Tata my an email and also on the phone has not worked.
Now I am thinking that if I somehow brought the car then also I think the ownership and service experience will be really bad, and I don't want to gift a car with so many negatives to my parents.

Now I think I will be going forward with DZire only
