No such update for me. That's the reason i am very wary of the updates.I will make it sure they don't push-shove it in my car.

After listening to stories about fire accidents in cars,procured this fire extinguisher for my Nexon.It has yellow plastic frame, meant for screws and a surface for double sided tape(whichever feasible).
Looks like A-pillar is the most easily accessible/easily within reach, place for it.

I used to have this fire extinguisher in my i10 LPG variant, it used to be on co driver side A-pillar. I have never used it.
I found no issues with it even when parked in Chennai hot sun.

1. Just 189/- for 400ml can.
2. 2 years from the date of mfg.
3. Nope.In Fact meant to be in the car 24hrs.

By the by, how did you fix it - with screws or double side tap?

Screw will damage the A pillar. 3m double sided Tape it is.

Doc, one advice, once you get bored of this on the A piller, remove and keep in any of the door bottle holder.

I went through you review and it is an interesting read Mayank, pls keep up the good work. I can see that you are passionate about your car and take good care of it. How about whitening the roof of blue nexon, it looks terrific.

Yes was contemplating that. It is better to do the roof white than black. It is the killing heat of North India you see. Black will look better but after the winter the car will become very hot in summers. Let us see if can be done.BTW Tata is providing this blue and white combo from the factory.
