Gurrala sir, I can drop you where you want to be dropped after the meet. But if it will be late by the time meet ends, it would be difficult to make it by 9 PM. Plan a bit late if possible. It will be safe side.

if am coming i might need to come back by 5 to 6 back at Chennai. [Max by 7 I have to be in Chennai.

We shall keep it flexible. Since departing by 4:30 - 5 pm might not help some people reach on time for their evening commitments, they may leave as early as 3:30 or so, and the rest continue till the stipulated time. We will ensure the major events are winded up by 3:30 pm and the time beyond we keep for casual interaction. Suggestions?
