I am serious on this too, because we should always be unbiased at every stage allowing everybody's opinions and take a final call on "majority is the law" and I have a great responsibility to save you for TAI from your family and satisfy your soul

@Gurrala, Lets not have a different thread for only to know Families are in or out. This will unnecessary create confusions.
Our first is - place and date and how to. for this meet.
At last lets see family or not to know the participants count becos yes this is important for bookings etc.

Freinds, Just finished sending PMs to nearly 500 members inviting them for the meet. Hope we should get some postive replies and good feed backs.

It is a good job Sethu, invitation looks really brilliant !!
But the confirmations won't come now itself I hope as there is lot of time left for the meet. I think this thread will heated up during Dec/Jan winter time with our lovely members. Till then, we will put our time to explore the destination and places, stay, route plan, expenses and things like this

@Gurrala74 : Exactly my thoughts. The invitation looks great, but January is a long time away. Malnad (which I think is somewhere in north Karnataka) is close to 750 km from Chennai [thinking]. Wondering how many tankfulls I need on my i10.

Even I thought the same. But as Arun said, once in a while we are going to do this. so let us do it or try to do it.
