Xiaomi launches the MIJIA Electric Shaver S600

The MIJIA Electric Shaver S600 uses a metal aluminum body with a compact dimension of just 5.6×2.9×8.5 cm. It is lightweight and portable. It is also equipped with a refined sheepskin protective case which brings a warm and delicate touch.

It adopts a magnetic top cover and the sensor locks when the lid is closed. The gadget ises a high precision ceramic blade that is wear-resistant and designed to remain sharp for long. The blade net floats up and down with a flexible veneer that captures every broken beard in other to deliver a smooth shave.

The electric shaver is equipped with a brushless motor that can turn on the surging power in seconds up to a maximum speed of 7400 rpm. The gadget has a low operating noise. It also comes with an IPX7 waterproof build making it suitable to be washed under running water.

It charges via a USB Type-C charging interface which delivers a full charge in just 2 hours. A full battery can last for 60 days if the shaver is used for 1 minute each day.

Sonos Ray soundbar unveiled

The Sonos Ray features tapered edges that make it possible for the soundbar to fit even in tight spaces. A pair of Ray soundbars could also be used as rear speakers for more expansive models like the Sonos Arc or Beam. It can also be fixed vertically to the wall as added support for the bigger soundbars. The size of the Sonos Ray however does not prevent it from delivering a great audio experience. Its bass reflex system uses anti-distortion technology to produce high-quality low-frequency sounds.

The Sonos Ray comes with four drivers including two high-performance tweeters and two elliptical mid-woofers. Although Dolby Atmos technology is lacking in the Sonos Ray, a wide soundstage is still available. Furthermore, the Sonos Ray can be connected to other Sonos soundbars to create a great cinema experience at home. There are several other features in the device like speech enhancement and night mode. Sonos’ proprietary TruePlay technology is used to calibrate its output to its surroundings. The S2 app is available on iOS and Android devices but some of the features are lacking in the Android setting.

The Sonos Ray uses an optical port to connect to the TV, hence it can be used for a wide variety of settings. The soundbars is priced at $279.

Lenovo YOGA 7000 smart projector unveiled

The YOGA 7000 smart projector adopts a 3D streamlined and rounded body with a double-sided aviation-grade aluminum design. It has an automatic shutter and is also equipped with a dream sound effect atmosphere light.

The new product has the “optical zoom” function in high-end projection, which is not affected by the size of the indoor space. The picture can be enlarged or reduced arbitrarily without damaging the picture quality. Coupled with 2400 ANSI lumens, the projection picture quality has been greatly improved.

The Lenovo YOGA 7000 smart projector equally comes equipped with a 0.47-inch DMD large-size optical micromirror chip. It also uses Osram’s four-lamp brightness LED light source, and supports 8K decoding.

The smart projector is equipped with VIFA cinema-level sound. It crams two 10W independent full-range rubidium magnet speakers under the hood. The projector also support independent Bluetooth audio mode.

The company is yet to reveal the price tag for the YOGA 7000 smart projector.

Logitech MX Master 3S mouse & MX Mechanical keyboard launched

Logitech MX Master 3S mouse offers a quieter mouse click and a more sensitive sensor for tactile commands. It bears a striking semblance to its predecessor. It sports a right-handed design, two scroll wheels, and three thumb buttons. Unlike the MX Master 3, the new Logitech mouse uses an 8,000 DPI sensor and a quieter click from the buttons.

Pioneer DJ unveils new stereo speakers with Bluetooth support

The Pioneer DM-50D-BT speakers come with several features that make them useful in music production. Vidda C1 - World’s first 4K Multicolour Screen Projector unveiled

Hisense, the Chinese multinational electronics corporation, has unveiled the company’s latest product – the Hisense Vidda C1. The Vidda C1 is able to output visual media onto your screen at up to 1350 ANSI lumens with the colour gamut coverage reaching 202% in the BT.709 colour space. The colour accuracy values are relatively shocking at △ E≈0.9, with 10-bit colour depth to boot as well.

The screen projector can also support refresh rates of up to 240Hz, utilise MEMC motion refresh rate enhancement technology, decode HDR 10+ visual media and even output it accordingly.

The Hisense Vidda C1 is powered by a MediaTek MT9669 SoC with 4GB RAM + 64GB of internal storage. Paired with the CMOS and ToF sensors onboard, the screen projector can gather data from your surroundings, then use artificial intelligence to auto-calibrate the screen output for the best multimedia experience. For example, the screen projector can auto-calibrate for focus, tilting alignment, screen size and even orientation depending on the surrounding situation.
