anrasg,
The bulb in question is using very wide COB type LED chips which will mess the beam pattern.
In Short, the position and Size of LED shall be as close to original filaments as possible.

Can you order from Aliexpress?

Hello bhvm,

Is there any alternate solution like bar type lights which can be fixed under the front grill.
Will this help and will it affect warranty.
Any suggestion.

anrasg, There are two options-

1> I believe your is ecsport with Normal H4 relfector headlamps and no Projectors. In that case, go for this eyes closed-

UGLARE - Latest Design H4 CREE XML2-U2 3000LM 6000K LED Conversion Kits | eBay

Make sure you are getting the one with 3 LED chips on top. 1st image.
Its being sold by Tdautoz (Uglare) guys so there shall be no problem talking to him in detail. He has put various mixed images below, so do not get confused on that front. I am attaching correct pic for reference below.

2> Option 2 is high beam assists.

Halogen-

LED- (Please click all links)-

P.s I do not have guide for LED version.

P.s2- I suggest you go for cree H4 led first and only when you feel it lacking, go to option 2.

Hello bhvm,

Thanks for your quick reply.
I will check the option 1 first.
Most of them telling the light brightness of Ecosport is not due to bulb and it is due to poor reflector.
Will this option 1 will give good light?Do you have any idea?

Yes, Ecosport reflector is quite poor.

However, I am using LED h4 shilan in i10, you can see the pics a few pages before.
Anyways, there is nothing to loose to try H4 led, if Uglare is giving you a pair of LEDs in 3k, Its cheap in my view. Decent Halogen bulbs from osram/Philips these days are looting upto 2k a pair.

I have found a serious upgrade after stuffing in LED bulbs compared to Philips original 55/60 halogen bulbs.

Just a thought...
How would be the output(reach and spread + usability) if the LED lights discussed in this thread are fitted with projectors?

They do work very well. However, HID still wins with respect to Punch and penetration.

Here's my experiment many years ago-

Amazon walla I have already rejected.
About 30w, yes they are good. Please refer to earlier post where I have uploaded Bulb Pic for foolproof selection. That one is good.

Hello bhvm,

Today I got another mail from Vendor as below.

"The ones we suggested are 360 degree adjustable.. and about the CREE one those are the best version which came for CREE LED's, the only drawback is white light."
