Hi TAI-gers, after completion of stage 1 in painting, instead of proceeding further i decided to remove engine and gearbox and other parts so that engine bay, firewall, suspension and chassis can be taken care by checking for any cracks, closing unnecessary holes/vents, cleaning and painting the surface, in mean time engine and gearbox can be serviced and worn out parts can be replaced and can be mounted back so that mechanical work can be completed before painting as it will be painful to handover the car to mechanic after final finish ( worried about scratches and damage during the work)

Hi guys, a new problem raised after removing engine, while inspecting the engine bay i noticed the suspension perch was damaged quiet badly on right side, so decided to change it both sides and assigned the task to tinker and the suspension was completely dismantled to take up the work.

Hi,
Lickily you found now at this point. As i told earlier, My Engine Bay is completely need to be Cleaned. Since my Engine is not covered properly, it was completely faded.
I need to remove the engine now to Fix the looks of Engine Bay.

Also do the puffing for the Valve door of your engine. This is the right time to do that.

Hi, ambylovers was mentioning about buffing the engine head cover as it is aluminum cast so through buffing you can get the finishing similar to chrome plating
Oh, you mean the rocker cover?

Try using cutting compound, I have used that on Aluminium wheels in the past with amazing results!

@ HKS2412: Hey, finally we 've procured the duster ORVMs. But the control switch(joystick) is not available in multi-brand auto stores and the spares section from Renault showroom denied to sell the control module separately.

Any assistance in procuring the control module would be of great help to us to implement your ORVM idea in our amby too.
