Yeah, Ram sir, that looks to be really a better option and I hope all our other members also like that, so friends now it is the time to make the head count and confirmation for the meet and venue looks to be good, what do you say and the timings as mentioned by Vishwas.
@Ram, If you want to check that place(with your interest) you can do that, if not required then we can proceed directly, but Some body please take the responsibility to coordinate from Bangalore !!
@CF, I strongly feel you will be a part of the meet without fail !!

When I had the discussion with the Jain farm staff, he said it will be opened only at 9.30 am for the visitors. So accordingly we have to plan the starting time.

The place seems to be good for a good and relaxing meet! We guys can meet somewhere on the way at around 730 or so, spend sometime chatting and getting intros and then proceed to reach the resort at around 930 a.m. What say guys?

That looks to be good plan, as normally when we plan for 7.30, then it easily happens a 30 minutes here and there will all members reaching the spot. So now we need to wait for A R Rams feed back tomorrow after he goes there and come back and mean while, we need to do the head count

What appus, you gave me lot of positive energy to travel 600 KMs up and down to participate in the meet and have a opportunity to get intro to all of you and now you are backing up.

Okay the place is finalized to Mathigiri on 27th April, so guys i request you people to reach out members from Bangalore as much as possible, even friends are welcome.
Let me brief about some important points to be kept in mind:
- Please do not force members, because it will be difficult to all to set their time for the meet, time's there still and we can have many meets in the future too.
- People coming from far away places, request you to please come early, there shouldn't be any wastage of time.
- As an important and strict point to be followed, no liquors or alcohols permitted as this is an official meet.
- Members shouldn't ask for other member's rides unless and until they oblige to give you to drive.
- This will be members meet rather than family meet.
This time frame is okay IMO.
If anybody has Amit Pahuja,Nofate,Vinay,Srijesh,Serrao no. you could contact them and tell about the meet, meanwhile I'll PM them about this meet.

I never backed up. Heart beat increased the moment I saw the meeting happens on Saturday. Will try my best. Very less chance of making it though
Jain farms and not Mathigiri? Jain farms is in Bagalur (not much difference though)
And, you guys can meet after electronics city flyover? Would n't that be more easy to understand?

YES, we request members as suggested by vishwas and hope to a decent joyful meet and please be comfortable yourself as we just trying to take a day out from our hectic daily routine and trying spend time with like minded friends out there
