POLO updates

Gave my vehicle to Atrica Automobiles for left side small dent repair under insurance claim. They pick up the vehicle today from my site office and will return back it after 5-6 days, till then i will use my dad's CNG WagonR for office commute. For pick up and drop facility of vehicle VW Atrica Noida (VW East) charged me INR400 bucks extra, i also agreed for interior cleaning.

It was a Swift. I was also travelling on the same route. This link has an image: http://www.theautomotiveindia.com/f...obiles-involved-accidents-123.html#post220959.

Drive Safe,
350Z
Oh thanks for the link 350Z, because of this incident there is a huge traffic jam, when i witnessed this incident a fire brigade vehicle was trying to dose off the fire i didn't able to saw the car properly as i was driving on the opposite side, but i must say the flames were huge. This is the second burning swift on this route and both of them catches fire from engine side. I posted the pics of the previous one in the same thread.

Polo updates

Got my Explorer-1 couple of days back after dent repair work which has been done quite nicely but this time i am not happy with the overall cleaning of my car. There is dust all around with finger marks on my baby for which i gave a good piece of mind to my SA he promised to pick my car again soon for cleaning.

I got following painted

1) Rear left side door
2) Rear leaf side quarter
3) Rear bumper

Here are the pics of the my car after the repair work along with the bill details:

Neat paint job done by the VW guys. Looks as good as new.[clap] Though the plastic covering on the steering wheel looks very flimsy but i guess they must have put it so there mechanics don't end up staining the steering wheel. And the bill also seems to be ok and really nice that it burnt your pocket and you hardly ended up paying around 1k for the repairs(excluding the pick up charges).
I had a query - How many times have you taken the insurance claim? Is there a limit to it?

As far as I know, zero depreciation claim is provided for only two instances per year, after that it becomes like a normal claim. Other reader may add.

Yeah. Most of the insurers provide only first 2 claims under 0% Dep.

Pick up driver told me that i can take up to 10-11 claims in total in a single year but cashless claim are limited to 5 in a single year. This one is my third cashless claim this year, i have 0dep ICICI insurance.

By the this is my 3rd consecutive 0dep claim in a single year, wish this will be the last :)
