The fluidic lines are also visible at the front bonnet, another car has been added now, guess what? The front grille from renault Pulse.

Maruti (in fact, media) has been tantalizing us for quite a while with the prospect of launching the ultra small car Cervo. Now, credible media reports have it that the Cervo is all set to be launched this Diwali, replacing the iconic Maruti 800. According to a report by Economic Times, Cervo will be launched this Diwali, priced between 2-2.5 lakh. Although a senior official from Maruti Suzuki has confirmed that “the work on the car is going on and the company is planning to launch it before Diwali,” there is no guarantee that the new car is going to be in the same shape that you see in these pictures. However, we can assure you that there is something brewing in the Maruti plant and the cat will be out of the bag during the upcoming festive season.

This is just another estilo, but nano would face an hit in the sales.

The ugliest shape i had ever seen.
Heard it comes in 3 Variants :Std, LX, LXI,
The Std is without A/C, LX comes with A/C and LXI with some extra features like Body colored bumpers and some tiny upgrades

None of them have Power Steering and i don't know of what use is this, Nano seems to be a better buy.

What a joke is this. ugly looking car and as vishwas mentioned no power steering they need to be reminded that its 2012 not 90s.

from fronts its look like ford figo , from back its look like eon and from side its look like its sibling astar so i think its fusion from maruti Suzuki.

The front looks like a Mini Ford Figo without a doubt. Overall design looks cheap but somewhat modern in comparison with Maruti 800. Alto is already in the market in two avatars: Maruti Alto (Regular) and Maruti Alto K10. Why does Maruti wants to confuse the buyers by bringing another version with a tag of ‘Alto’. Our regular Alto with a few changes, smaller engine and cheaper price tag would still have been a better choice, I believe, especially if Maruti was so keen to name it as Alto again.

To be frank, to me the old 800 looks much better than the new one !

As 350z mentioned, why are they naming it alto ? Again our old alto is 800cc.

So may be the present alto will be discontinued..

Man i am not able to decide weather this look's like a grown up Frog or shrunken Figo? and what's up with Suzuki's Management why naming it as an alto when we already have 2 gen's of Alto's selling side by side.
