I think we are on same boat along with FordFigo(forum member). You wont get proper solution. Till now my issue has been not resolved. Ford India is keeping quite. It is more than 10 days my car is in service centre.
Someone in youtube section has confirmed that the auto steering issue is not because of susoension or axle or knuckle, he says its an alignment issue itself, he says one should get the car checked in a 3D alignment shop and do balancing and rotation from there, ot will solve the issue he suggests, he says, once the roation is done with wrong alignment it will keep on happening if we donot correct it from a good 3D alignment shop,

I have dropped Ford Customer care 5 mails already asking for a explanation from Ford CEO and Ford India head about the NCAP ratings. Till now they have not responded to that topic. Just mails saying greetings and yada yada.
I suggest all Next gen Figo and Aspire owners drop a mail or write on FB page of Ford asking for an explanation from Ford Head (India) and Ford CEO.

I have already done that in facebook page and same case here, no reply from ford India,
I think Ford Figo aka Aspire are the only cars Ford builds across the earth that has an unsafe structure, even Mustangs structure though fragile was rated bad only for its A pillar, rest all even side impact and frontal collision was a success[frustration]

Doors autolock as soon as car crosses 20kmph. But I don't think there is any feature to stop the doors from opening when the car is moving.

Ot: my friends bmw 320i has a good feature. If the doors are locked and you pull the door handle for the first time it will unlock the doors. And door will open only after you pull the handle the second time.

Yeah that's a problem. Make sure you turn on child locks If any children travels in your car. I didn't have any instance like this so didn't think it could be a problem.

The same is the case with Vento and Polo. You open them inside by pulling twice. I don't understand why so ignorant are the Indians on this feature. I survived a major crash last year on my All new FIESTA and this feature came so handy and can't think of a situation where the locks are jammed and not being able to come out.
I tested my Fiesta by opening doors on the move at 100kmph and the doors don't open out if they remain open. It's mandatory in Europe to have the doors accessible to open all the times.
At least I don't need to keep a glass breaker inside my car in an emergency situation as it becomes difficult to hand one during emergency. People should understand that enabling auto lock to remain locked until manual override doesn't cost a penny for a manufacturer, it's just a programming tweak.

An idiot scooterist came and crashed onto my car and broke the backlight while I was stopped behind some vehicles due to traffic piled up caused by another idiot biker who stopped on the middle of the road to turn right. While I got out to check if he was hurt the idiots took off. How much will replacement cost? I managed to retrieve the major broken glass which am planning to glue it back and laminate it with those transparent vinyl? type thing tomorrow.

Change it or else the glass will darken after some days. It should cost you around 1600rs.

OK thank you @allhyundai. This is my temporary fix till I can get it replaced. 10k km service is coming up in another 1.5k odd km so will get it replaced then. Luckily not much damage in the bulb housing area. The break was in the side and I managed to retrieve the broken glass which I glued it back. Unfortunately some shattered glass I had put black tape over it and some went into the bulb housing part which I couldn't take out due to sharp glass.
