What does the service centre guys say.? Ask them to replace the suspension if it is leaking .
Is the suspension replacement covered under warranty ?
Or may be Some other faulty design that caused suspension to fail .

That's too low. You can easily get insurance , essential kit , extended warranty and revers sensors for free. Check with another dealer.

Just remind them that Figo is really not having a blockbuster sale so they must give more freebies. Most showrooms give essential kits free without even asking.

After correct alignment, the issue still persists. Have to contact ford now for this issue.
I think we are on same boat along with FordFigo(forum member). You wont get proper solution. Till now my issue has been not resolved. Ford India is keeping quite. It is more than 10 days my car is in service centre.

Re: New Ford Figo Trend (Diesel) | 3rd Service Update | 20,000 Kms: Ownership Review

Hi Guys,
I want to know real time experience from Ford Figo owner's.
I'm considering to buy Figo and this would be my first car.
My other preference is Maruti Baleno Zeta Petrol which I have booked already and it is in waiting period.
If it is a Diesel vehicle I want to go for Figo. I'm yet to finalize on Petrol or Diesel.

@allhyudaicars Can you share your NVH experience with Figo. You mentioned somewhere that you had squeaking issues from doors in the beginning. Is it fixed. How do you rate NVH levels of Figo.

@guyup Nvh is pretty good in terms of diesel. One test drive is all you need to fell in love with Figo. Go for it

@guyup- figo's NVH is pretty good. Much better than my couisn's diesel Ritz and the honda amaze( only 2 cars I can think of comparing)

What's your monthly running ? If it's less than 1200kms don't go for the diesel.
Squeaking noise comes only if someone rest hands on the door. Also if you are going for baleno be prepared for lots of rattles within 6 months.
Plus if you have the budget get the i20. Baleno's suspesnion plus build quality is not that good. Interiors are very average but good in space.
I20 sports petrol / baleno zeta petrol / Figo diesel titanium costs the same +- 20k. Features are the same but you get a diesel engine in figo.
You will get discounts on i20 and the figo.
Engine is a little lethargic in the i20 but overall fit and finish will be excellent.
