well nuvo, ford did amazingly good with their hatchback launch figo, first entrance from them and took every competitor by strom, took every award from top notch events and auto magazines, now they wanted to fill that 10L bracket with launch of vento, linea,sx4 diesel and verna where current fiesta which is now classic is tad under that range and segment and above hatchback, so this new fiesta gets launch.Every one knows how superbly and amazingly ford cars handles with good mid range torque, good fuel eficient diesel engines which would surely sell as well.Lets see after it gets launch.

I dont think fiesta can dent the slaes of vento that much.
What vento has classic look(similar to their passats,jetta,audi sedans).105ps diesel with 250 nm torque,has ride as good as fiesta or may be even better,

As said before these are the two new Fiesta's which i saw testing. They were just zipping through the traffic but fortunately for me got stuck up at a signal finally. These are the only two pictures i could manage.
I loved the front design , definitely looks cool! Rear not to my style though but loved the chrome fitting on the boot , tail lamps could have been better designed and could have been larger. IMO they are a bit small to for the large boot door. Liked the way the rear windshield has been placed but i think during hot summers , heat can be felt inside easily. Also both the variants had alloy wheels but only one had parking sensors , does this mean base variant will also get alloy wheels this time , only time will tell.
PS:Thanks to my friend Saravana , he was the one driving my bike and kept up with both the cars.

New Fiesta looks very sporty and stunning in this blue! I agree with Dhaya. Larger tail lamps would have given a better rear view. Also from the 2nd pic, it looks like exterior window beeding (above the door handles) is of chrome! is it?

Vibhor, do you have details for the new auto transmission ford was suppose to offer any conformation on that. And also if you can share some details on power terrain as well, diesel as well as petrol any engine options as well on both the fuels?

Till yestesrday i was on an opinion that fiesta is ugly at the back.But now i feel its really neat after seeing dhaya's pics.I think reno fulence also ahs this design.
