Brought New Maruti Suzuki CIAZ ZXi in Pearl Metallic Dignity Brown..

Accessories:-
1)Seat Covers
2)Door Beltline Chrome
3)Carpet Mat
4)Door Sill Guard
5)Body Cover

Till Now Average is Showing 15.1Km/L...

Its Increasing Day By Day With Mileage..

I Was Promised Delivery On 27th Of Nov 2014 But Dealer Was Not Able To Fulfill Their Promise, Fired An Email To Maruti Suzuki Customer Care And Got It Delivered in 4 Days. People Who Are Feeling Cheated By Maruti Dealer Should Complain To Customer Care.

Now Everything Is Fine....

Hi Ciazzz, I am mulling on booking a Ciaz Vxi+ model. The specifications say it comes with reverse parking sensors. Is there a LED display as well on this variant which shows the distance or is it the sensors only.

Thanks.

Congratulations @abhi6795 for new Ciaz. The mileage figure is impressive. I am getting about 11 kmpl for automatic but I have only clocked 400 kms and mileage is increasing with car's run.

You can also get reverse parking camera as an accessory, have a look at Maruti Genuine Accessories page for Ciaz accessory brochure.

Thanks @raag73, All A/T Variants Have Less Mileage Than M/T Counterparts, So Maruti Suzuki Should Publish Original Mileage Figure For A/T Variants And BTW My Ciaz Has Just Clocked 200KM As I Have Got It Just Now...[:)]

Heartiest Congratulations for the ZXi. It looks stunning in that color [:D]. Can you please share the pics of seat covers & door sill guard, i am planning to buy one soon. Also please share your comment on petrol engine noise. Mine is definitely not as silent as Ritz / Swift / Ertiga pertol. Service guy told that spark plug used in Ciaz petrol is bigger than used in Ertiga. This accelerates the fuel economy but engine is a bit noisy[surprise]. Also he advised me to drive under 2000 rpm to get average of 20 km/l.

Thanks @Ciazzz,

Right Now I Don't Have Pics But Will Try To Upload Tommorow

Engine Noise is A Bit High Comparerd To Its Competitors But Its Negligible (After Spending Million Rupees) [;)]...

Service Guys Always Give Lame Explanations Which We Should Not Listen To [anger]...

And Yes, Below 2000RPM We Can Get More Mileage As I Have Seen Instantaneous Fuel Consumption Going Upto 30Km/L in 5th Gear Near 2000RPM...

That is a very good car @abhi6795,

Congrats and wish you lots of tension free miles with your new Ciaz.
I wanted to take Ciaz Zxi, but cancelled my booking in the last moment because it was not really that much needed for me at the moment, so went for TATA Zest.
Post your vehicle's updates in the TAI frequently, so that many other potential buyers will get clarity on what kind of vehicle the Ciaz is. [clap]

Guys I am 5'7" tall and feel that driver seat headroom in Ciaz is kinda less. Does any Ciaz owner feel that the dront windshield and the rear-view mirror is too close to driver's head. Windshield and IRVM are farther in my Swift (2011 model) and headroom is also more as compared to Ciaz.

Anyone else felt the same or is it just me?

@due11027

I Am 5'11" tall but i don't have a problem with headroom as seat is placed Somewhat higher than other Sedans...

Windshield and IRVM are Placed OK for Me As I Sit Far Away From Steering Wheel Than Others Due To Long Height....

And I Think You Should Not Compare Swift's Headroom With Ciaz As Hatchback's Are Taller Than Sedan As Swift is 35mm Taller Than Ciaz...

So Less Headroom, More Shoulder Room... [:)]

Nice Pictures. I also fixed Door Beltline Chrome from MGA this weekend. I am looking for plain beige seat covers from MGA OR White -Turkish Towel Seat covers. But they are not available yet near my home.

Do they have any plain beige seat cover? I am unable to find enough info on the variety of seat covers provided by MGA.

Moreover, ZXi/ZDi model is provided with Art-leather+Fabric seat covers. Does this mean these MGA seat covers are to be fitted over original seat covers?

I have also ordered some accessories but MGA is slow in providing them. Yet to get a couple of them even after a month.[anger]
