Phone connectivity issues using Bluetooth:
Came across following user review on carwale

Can Ciaz owners share some info? Does phone connectivity using bluetooth work for you? Which models have issues?
I am gonna check this out over the weekend in the demo car.

I am gonna check this out over the weekend in the demo car.
I am using Xiaomi mi3.
Its connecting very well.When a call comes it directly rings on car speakers.
Salesman are just to sell car.They mostly have no idea about functioning of the car.
MY sales executive and his manager had to confirm if zdi comes with dual air bags even after I told them its there.
They mailed etc before giving me a reply that was after more than a month after the launch of the car.
So I guess its clear.The service manager/advisor of the one who gives walk-through of the car has to have enough knowledge.

Manual transmission owners are getting 16-18Kmpl. That's pretty impressive - especially for first couple of months.
Also, can Ciaz AT owners share mileage and running Km figures?

That is why I opted for Ciaz. Whatever people say about Maruti not having premium brand presence and blah blah, it gives value to your hard earned money. I am feeling more and more satisfied with my decision/purchase. I am getting a lot of accessories and mostly not paying a huge sum and they are good quality. Only complain I have that there is a shortage in supply and Maruti probably collecting data on popular accessories.

I connected Samsung S4 mini in exactly 45 seconds. One has to read manual to connect. Sales execs are not expected to know so many things in such a short time, they will learn with experience.
Most of the criticism of Ciaz originates from our resistance to accept a new model, specially something which seem to be too good to be true. We are following brands blindly without actually doing some research and believe hearsay. The numbers would tell the true story in few months and then everyone will find good things about it.
Ciaz prices are not low; In the same price you could get any C2 segment car, then why people opting for it: it has an elegant look like more expensive cars and not flashy, its got space, ASS is reliable, it matches features with any other car in segment. I would say it is for guys who want a comfortable and peaceful ride and not for ones who only focus on brand or engine specifications.

Congratulations !!! What is the update on delivery. Did you got the car.
Mine is also MRF ZVTV. How is your car doing. Did you got it accessorised.

My Galaxy S5 and my dad's iPhone 5s paired easily on our relatives Ciaz ZDi. Didn't try with my Lumia 520 though.
Hi just got delivery of my dignity brown ciaz vxi+ this sunday.I feel that lot of tyre noise creep inside cabins.have anybody else is facing the issue .plz help I m quite depressed over this.Earlier I owned a safari dicor.but feels cheated by maruti.this is only issue else the car is just great in tearms of refinement and space.Space at rear is as good as safari.ple suggest some remedy.Tyre are mrf zvts

Tyres make a huge difference in the noise. I have observed the same in my baleno and am no fan of MRF tyres. I did a test drive of Ciaz petrol in Chennai.....the dealer was kind enough to let me drive for over 30km, and I didnt really notice any abnormal tyre noise. Not sure what tyres the test car had. But tyre noise being highly subjective, its better to drive another car with non MRF tyres to check if its a problem specific to MRF tyres.

Please check the tyre pressure. I too faced similar noise. Pressure in all 4 tyres was 44. After a month, finally this was identified an pressure was maintained as recommended 32. Now no issue. All dealers overfill air in tyres while delivery. My personal experience.
