Generally, when the tank is full, it will take time for needle to drop down. But once it start dropping it will be lightning fast[;)] [At-least in my spaky]

First issue:

Driver side ORVM makes sound while auto folding, also there is a 1 second delay in closure compared to passenger side ORVM. What would be the culprit?

So how many kms have you covered till now? And does the engine feel sluggish while going over 120 kmph?
I have driven 1300 kms till date, time for first service, got average fuel efficiency around 17.5 to 18.5(50% city driving) with AC.

I feel engine has become more smooth and refined now. There is around 2kms of really bad stretch of road near my house, initially the ride was bit bumpy, now it has settled down(may be shock absorbers have become bit soft and settled after 1000 kms)

Coming to performance, i am satisfied. After 120kmph,it takes bit time to reach 140kmph,post that its sluggish and runs out of breath.

Thanks for a detailed reply. So what do you feel about 0-100kmh? I'm going to Test drive the car soon but won't be avle to go beyond 60 because of the traffic so that's why i'm asking you.

I have some doubts about 0-100 performance, found various figures in different magazines
Autocar: 20.25 sec
overdrive: 15.6 sec
Hyundai claimed: 15.9 sec(info from global hyundai website,Indian website doesn't mention this)

But i have not found the car sluggish below speeds of 100,I drive sx4 diesel also, where you can revv freely. But in Grand i figured out by upshifting early you get the optimum performance.

Looking forward to your feedback after test drive[:)]

Its not either of them[:D] Have a look at the steering, right side. Reset and trip buttons are mounted on steering itself
