DIY bro. cheap wiring kits avail here are for 900rs plus and are of very poor quality. branded 8awg kits costs min 3500rs here.[anger]

thats costly. Here cheaper but good quality ones cost around 500-600 Rs. only. Try online stores also. About DIY if you have some knowledge about installation or you have done it earlier, then it will be very easy and fun also. Go ahead and don't forget to share pictures with us. Best of luck.[:D]

these kind of wiring kit is very good for your two channel setup. I have used in My Alto and currently using one in my Optra too, no problem at all, if you install properly.

try ported box, sealed box will reduce bass and the one you having now is very small box.[:)]

Yeah, I am planning to buy an external amp. I am confused whether to go for boxes or parcel tray.[surprise]

Parcel tray is not available anywhere in kollam, tray is available but mounts aren't available anywhere. Build a good box like these if you want bass.

Bought Fusion 8Awg Wiring kit from eBay.in but the product wasnt that great,they says its 8awg, wire thickness is not more than 2mm. only insulation is thick. So got another power wire and ground wire from olx which is thick and guess its 8awg, No brand though.[roll]

Fixed the amp, Wired it, Sorry couldn't take pics as i was alone doing all this. Initially i was shocked,no vovals from the speakers. Pre Out was set for subwoofer and i had to check the HU's manual how to set it for rear speakers and done. The speakers sounds very good now,but TBH, i am not at all satisfied with the bass, may be because of the tray am not getting deep bass, i think its not doing anything under like 55Hz. Dont know.[roll]

Anyway am not going to add a subwoofer now. out of budget.[lol]

Thank you Aneesh for the wonderful idea about the L shaped box for Amp. I am definitely doing the same for my JVC and about RC cable, try to get Scorche. Other local wires doesn't last long I was replace 4 of them past 4 years.

BTW I driven an another Alto for more than 50 kilometers and Understood my gearshift issue was not proper one. Thanks for that too.

Share the cost involved for parcel tray and all

Deep bass[surprise] you are expecting too much from those speakers bro. Arithmetic solution is :- Deep bass = (Subwoofer+ amp) :biggrin:

Spend more than 2.5k for the whole setup i guess, may be not worth but dont know.[confused]

Looks like i need to buy a sub soon.[lol] People suggested me to get amp for speakers instead of a sub for bass,thats why i said so.

Recently there are some problems i am facing with my car.
1. While driving at medium speed I can hear a sound from the engine like 'dug-dug-dug-dug'. Any idea what could be the issue.
2. My car is making some vertical and horizontal movements even at straight roads, Wheel balancing is done at regular interval. what could be the issue?

From engine? Sure? or from suspension or engine mounts? what kind of sound? metal to metal contact sound or some other kind of sound?

Check tie rod end for wear and tear, get it checked at a good mechanic or service center. [:)]
