I brought the same and it was turned yellow inside in an year, what I did was, brought a pair of Ape Auto support lamp with iron casing unlike this which has plastic casing, and put it in the slot. now there is no issues of heat and working well also!

Could you please post some pics of the lamp,its cost as well as its installation? Would be very helpful for us.

I bought ANNEXE with quality in mind . How much did you paid for 'Ape auto support lamp'

Bought it from an electrical shop here.Replacing the led strips under dash with these,they are blowing off easier,lets see whether this one lasts or not. Will post pics at evening.

In my 8 years of ownership I spent around 40,000 on periodic maintenance, repairs and spares, and it has clocked 50K kms.

We used to spend around Rs. 3-5k annually for maintenance in our Alto (from 2009 to 2013). Don't worry, spare parts are on the cheaper side.

Rs. 40k in 8 years is perfectly normal and equates to around Rs. 5k per year, or Rs. 13.69 per day. Normal buddy.

Its not available anywhere in kerala, but its still available in delhi. No body to get me one.

In alto bs4(from 2010 model)the stock seats are undergone for coast cutting and result was poor support. Its irritating just a 100km trip. But the seats in earlier model was of good one and with enough cushioning.I would like to change it to the earlier model one or alto k10's.

mine is 2009 model and my friend have a 2012 model, i never felt any difference though. it will costly i guess to replace it completely,i dont think its worth.
