I painted my entire wheel cups to mat black. but I afraid it will chip of as I dint used fiber primer before the actual paint. what should I do to prevent that devil?

I am getting mileage of 11.5kmpl with 90% city driving. Is that too low for a 5 year old Alto Lxi with 57K reading in odo. The clutch is getting weaker and SA has advised to replace the clutch in coming service. Does clutch replacement will have an impact on fuel efficiency. I am planning to keep this car for few more years

2009 Black Alto Lxi. Never changed the clutch before. Medium traffic with 100% AC and light foot on accelerator. May be black color is not a friend of fuel efficiency and I rarely get covered car parking at office

Sorry to kill your enthusiasm, but it isn't available here too, enquired in some shops and they told it's too old and people stopped buying those.

I think what deville has done is a better idea.

Read about this somewhere. They conducted this experiment with black and a silver car. Anyhow the cumulative fuel efficiency difference will be less than 5%. Also I heard from a Hyundai SA that they stopped production of black Grand i10 because of the same reason.

Just 10 Day's back i have also changed my Alto's Clutch,flywheel some searing rod
and servicing at MASS cost me total 29K, My Alto is 2008 LXI. and run only 18Km.
