These guys in concorde Ambattur fleece people to max. I gave for 10K service there in September. i was also charged 3.5 L. And also unnecessary Engine flushing they did for 1000 Rs extra. Read it in my ownership thread.

You are right, we do not have much option left. Let me know if you have any recommended TASC around Chennai. These guys listed me following things without any inspection
1) Silencer cleaning
2) Brake pad cleaning
3) Wiper related servicing

They suggested these to me also. But I refused all these and only accepted engine flushing without knowing that it needs to be done in 20K or while change from Synth oil to Mineral oil.

I designed it in CorelDraw and got it cut from a sticker cutting shop near my house. They are reflective.

Just came back from a visit to Chennai. On the way back stopped at Vellore, met AppU, who helped me a lot by taking me to the accessory shop where he had fitted his security system. Got one fixed for mine also. He also helped be get wheel caps and wheel bolts for Manza. Spend around one and a half hours with him and his friend.

On the way back from Vellore we just drove up the Yelagiri hills upto the 9th hairpin bend and turned back - just for the heck of it.

This color is called Gothic Olive. It looks like dark metallic Gold.

Has any of you had problems with Manza's hydraullic clutch? I feel it very hard compared to other diesel sedans.

If you say problem with the clutch, I would say No. I know that a new Swift diesel has a much lighter clutch. As per the feedback given in this forum newer models of Manzas and Vistas have lighter clutch.

These wheel covers were purchased at a local shop.They cost 150 rs per piece. These also have the Tata logo.

The original wheel cover from tASS costs around 1000 bucks here in Bangalore. You got it for 560 bucks in your place. But they charged you for replacing the ARB bushes. Here they have replaced the ARB bushes twice free of charge, the last time at 30000 kms, and charge 1000 odd for wheel cover. Concorde in Bangalore charges for 3.2 lts of oil, whereas in Chennai they charge for 3.5 lts. Don't know who is cheating who.
