I have a question regarding Engine oil level. Got my car serviced for its 10,000 Km in Concorde, Ambattur. Found the Oil change 3.5 L invoiced as recommended 3.2 L in manual. Initially there was loss of power after third service. I did long trip around 1000km and power loss does not exist any more. Vehicle has settled down now.
My question is that will the excess oil will cause any damage to my engine or do I need visit concorde for check up ?
Welcome back and congregations kayraman, after 10 months .
Buddy , which manza? Petrol, diesel? Which varient? Bs4, bs3? Post some pic s on ' manza photos' thread.
300 ml of exess oil won't cause powerloss IMO. Now also you can check the oil level stick in cold condition.
Do you remember which fuel station (bs4, bs3)you filled up , before powerloss issue?
Purchaed Manza Quadrajet Aura ABS around march/2012 from VST Motors, Chennai. It came around 8L. Last two services were done in Concorde Ambattur and first service was with Pokma, Ambattur. We very happy with performance and comfort gotten from this vehicle. It is real value vehicle.
Regarding my fuellingl I always get it done in Bharat Petroleum COCO, Mugappair. On long South trips it get my fuelling from TVS, Tirchy against it is Bharat Petroleum outlet.
Surely, will be uploading photos once I have fixed the dicky door dent.
Fuel station which I regularly use is well within Chennai limits and should be BS4 complaint. Unfortunately your guess is'nt right. I went for Jet Silver.

When I checked before cranking the Engine it was way within normal limit. The result varied when I followed the manual, it was little higher than normal.
I stay in Nolambur, this place actually neighbours to Mugappair.
I was having this problem before my trip to Dindigul. It is settled now and do not feel the issue exist any more. Any way planning to visit Concorde this week end and get vehicle checked.
Want to know your thoughts on Wheel alignment. Should I go with Concorde or other vendor.
I stay very near to ERI scheme, it should be 1 to 1.5 Km from my residence.
If you go through this thread, you would know that I had problems with the service station messing up my wheel balancing/alignment. I finally got it done outside.
You can try Lal Bros in Royapettah, if you are comfortable going over there.
If you see a gothic olive KA registered Manza around your area in the next 3 days.... Honk!
