I get around 15 in Bangalore city with AC sparingly used.
On outstation trips I get 19 to 21 with 100% AC.
One may get more or less depending upon the driving style and traffic conditions.

TATA Motors call it Quadrajet and Maruti call it DDIS and its the FIAT Multijet.
In Manza its 90 HP and in Dezire its 75 HP

For the Oil change (castrol professional edge 5w40) and oil filter change, they should have charged I think. Does TATA provide these free of cost. Because When i went for 2nd service, the SA told that oil and filter will be charged. My car has now run 9800 kms. Due for service in this month. So asking.

I think oil and oil filters are covered under the AMC that manza_class has.
If you do not have an AMC, you will have to pay.

Ok. got it. Now I remember about the AMC being discussed in this thread before some pages. Peter: Do you have the AMC. If so is it worth going for the AMC

I do not have a AMC. I didn't go for it as I had already covered 20000 kms at that time. It costs about around 40k for 4 years/40000kms. It covers everything except value added services like interior cleaning, polishing, etc and accident repairs.
You should check with your SA to get complete detail of the AMC and decide before your first oil change.
BTW, the service manager, one Mr. Suresh (I think), from Prerana motors (kudlu gate - hosur road) is now the SM in KHT. Deal with him carefully. He keeps insisting for each repair that "Sir, it is now 99% better" Even when the Tatamotors' representative agrees that the problem has not been solved.![[frustration]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Frustration.gif "Frustration [frustration]")

Last week I drove over a stone which was just small enough to go under the bumper and the shield got bent and touching the gearbox. So lot of noise while engine running. I went to KHT and got it bent back to position. There was one SA Viswanath who attended. Did not know about SM. will be dealing careful with him. Thanks for info.
