My Alto just completed seven years, I feel suspension needs to be tweaked. Its very noisy on rough roads, bumpy ride etc. I have no idea what needs to be done, mechanic says some rubbers need to be replaced. Has anyone did suspension work ? what all needs to be done for improving the suspension?

Kilometers done so far : 50K

Hi friend! Only a good mechanic after proper check up can tell you which parts need replacement. If rubber bushes need to replace then it is not costly work. what is the condition of your tyres. Sometimes wear out tyres create lot of noise and ride become uncomfortable on rough roads.

Hay Buddy! Try to remove the glass covers of license plate bulbs by rotating counter clockwise. You need not to remove bumper if those glass covers are not jammed. Otherwise check my DIY [:D]

. Try to remove the glass of number plate bulbs before removing bumber. If its not jammed then you need not to remove bumper.see my post no. 259 above.

That is a temperature sensor, shows temperature inside the cabin.

Does it have Bluetooth option for answering the mobile phone calls and USB slot for playing music and movies?

And what is the price for the same?
Dear It is a monitor only with video display for parking camera and other DVD devices etc. I didn't choose the one with USB, BT functions , because i have bigger 7˝ Galaxy Tab 3 for movies and GPS and my pioneer HU has AUX in and USB functionality. [:)]

wait to see the DIY. by the way you should have bought a double din dvd playerwith all bluetooth dvd usb aux mp3 & rev camera. bit high in price but a nice investment and will fullfil your alto. only the lcd screen is bit odd. make sure to install the camera not in the bumper cause threewheelers and bikers will bump on to it. also the rain mud will do the same. waiting to see the fixment.

DIY coming very soon [:D]
I am very much satisfied with my current HU so don't want to spend 25-30k rupees for that touch screen HU which can never come near to my Tab 3 quality . Secondly HU slot in alto is too lower which is not so good for viewing movies and specifically GPS. And i don't want to attract thieves.
As far as camera position is concerned , bumper is the only best available place. Don't want to drill hole in hatch door. Secondly if placed on hatch door it will look odd on white car because of its black color. Below the license plate is ideal place to install camera on alto. It will be safe as area is an inch deeper than the whole bumper.
