^^ Seat covers are the basic buddy. Everyone gets (or should) get it done as soon as it comes out of the delivery bay. You don't have them yet or getting them changed ?

They look good infact very good. But I have a query, what if some liquid (take some sweet fruit juice for example) falls onto the seats. The fabric will absorb it push it through to the OEM seat. Any particular reason you opted for the fabric material ?

Free alright bro. But still it is not satisfying the purpose of a seat cover right ? He can remove the cover, wash them and reinstall them back on but the original car seats have to be cleaned too.
I would prefer them to be replaced by some other accessory when given free. [:)]

Yes, that risk is there. But I found that PU covers are less comfortable as flow of air through these is not easy . So, you either put yourself in a less comfortable situation every time you sit on them or take the risk of seats getting spoiled. The question is - what is the probability of occurring of the incident you described? In my case, it is very less. So, I went with this option.

One thing more, liquid like juice etc. (which are thick) will pass through fabric covers fully only when you will allow to let it happen. Considering the good quality of fabric covers, it will take some time to let the liquid pass through it. Immediately after falling the liquid onto seat cover, you can use a cloth to absorb the liquid. Thus, only some amount of liquid will reach seats.

I don't think you will do something on IDV, it is based on the standard depreciation policy of such insurance company

i mean the insurance amount. IDV i know is not in our hands and does not make sense to inflate it as in case of any incident, they take the market value which is always lower than the IDV.

Since we bought a Amaze diesel recently for my BIL and had extensive discussion of the insurance offered by Honda(Bajaj Allianz) and upon comparison of all, we felt it is better to go with Honda insurance with the kind of assistance they have assured in case of any breakdown or accident [:)]
