Yes, you are right, perhaps no bank will finance something likes this. Actually, Volkswagen have a financing company known as Volkswagen Finance India Ltd. This arm of the company will take care of the financing. This is in line with other offers in past including interest rates as low as 5.99 (or 6.99%?) and even interest free loan for 3 years for amount less than 5lac (selected models only - read mostly highline models).
Regarding this particular offer, from whatever I have heard, it seems that its equivalent to a down payment of 4lac and then the rest exactly after a year. So,basically thats worth 1 year of interest on the balance amount. Though, there are some stamp duty costs involved (in tune of 6-8K).

This is the worst offer given by Skoda.They will gave the Fabia after 5 years.Hope Honda will give offer on City and get Jazz after 5 years.

Question is 'why after 5 years'? Does Skoda plan to keep Fabia as is for another 5 years?
I would question the logic under which this scheme is given since one can't be sure Skoda (or any other auto company) will be in India after 5 years.

I was going to post this,this add came in local news paper here in Ahmedabad
No hidden costs or anything, as per what buyers buys petrol or diesel he would get the base variant of same fuel fabia after 5 years.
But my question remains that which manufactured year fabia would be given,current 2013 years after 5 years or then manufactured fabia??

What if that dealer is no longer in the business ? Or what if that dealer takes dealership of other car maker ? I will play safe & get more cash discount today.

Saw a ad on Renault Fluence. The Dealers across Karnataka are offering 1.5 lakh Discount. There is 25k Cash Discount. 75k Exchange Bonus and 50k free Insurance.
