Standard warranty is 3 years or 1Lakh kms, whichever is early. This is common in most of countries. But, here in Kuwait some manufactures are offering 5 years or 1Lakh kms whichever is early, warranty. For example Toyota Landcruiser is having 5 years or 1Lakh kms whichever is early, warranty.

In SA they have a 5 year 90000km service plan as well, wish they offered the same here.

I wish I could. If driving a car is any thing close to practical for a foreigner, do you think I would have waited this 7 years driving a premium SUV on roads here in China? [frustration]

Iron Rock as a fellow owner of the Sport I have been looking around since the last 1.2 years to find a good review on the sport when I stumbled upon yours. Needless to say you have done a spectacular job! Totally agree with your points on the sport.

Mine has done 15K trouble free kilometers and is now running smoother than ever. Will post pics soon.

A very very warm welcome to tai, it's always nice to have fellow owners and share notes , look forward to see sport pictures and if possible start an ownership review please, btw mine is here nearly done 4k and chugging along. If you know other fellow owners please refer them to tai as well, pajero sport owners are anyways far and few we can make this good platform to connect.

I just now happended to read the review, very detailed, clearly lot of effort to call out the nuances, pictures are very good. The price comparision in closing is useful to end it with a ready snapshot of the wallet impact.

Thank you gentlemen! Usually reviews are time bound as vehicles are only available for a limited period, in this case the abundance helped.
I cant believe the fact that Mitsu cant sell over 200 vehicles a month (atleast) - at a minimum it deserves it. It needs marketing and after sales assurance from HM badly.
