For less road noise and better handling I would recommend Michelin.

If you are looking at Bridgestone the ER300, ER60 and Potenza GIII are also good.

Bridgestone tend to be noisy. But some far they are more durable, but people with Michelin XM2 have been equally happy about the durability.

You have not mentioned the tire size, So I cannot say which Bridgestone/Michelin models would be applicable to you.

Hey
Stock tyre size is 185/60/R15. Dont know the speed and load ratings. These are appolo acceleres.

Handling is my top most priority, comfort next, less road noise is third. I can't afford to lose FE too.
Please suggest now.

ER300 is the best option available in this size for the requirements mentioned. They are asymmetrical, hence handling is good.

Potenza are also good but being softer than ER 300, lifespan is less and at present availability of Potenza in this size is also a problem
@jp, ER60 is not available in this size unless the OP decides to upsize in lieu of some FE.

Other premium manufacturers are not manufacturing in this size.

Rightnow:Do you plan on upsizing or staying with 185/60R15?

Tornado:I have not suggested any tire models, I have only mentioned the family of tires I am familiar with. Please read my post.

I read your thread for manza tyres, and could figure out the two BS tyres that you have named above. Even I am inclined towards ER300. Any critical parameter that ER 300 don't do good in? I mean What can be possible disadvantage of ER300?

If upsizing affects only speedo readings then I can upsize but if FE decreases by upsizing then I won't.

Upsizing to 195/60R15 will cause a slight speedo error and also a slight loss in FE.

In 195/60R15

Bridgestone:Potenza GIII,RE88
Turanza ER 60

There is also the Ecopia low noise tires, bit I do not know anyone who has used it.

Michelin: Primacy LC
*in 185/65R15 there is the XM2.Not good for handling since it has a taller sidewall.Great for comfort and low noise.

Yokohama: Cdrive and ES100.C drive is better than the A drive. The Cdrive is also Asymmetrical like the ER300.

None, for your requirements.

YES, FE decreases by 1 km at leas. Before we discuss upsizing , it's important to know rim width.
Manza tyre thread talks about suitable up size for its rim width.

I don't want to break my head much on tyre change. I think ER 300 should be final deal. Any idea of the prices?

What tornado is referring to is the rim width. It will be written as 5J or 5.5J.Look for this on the rim itself.
I have got alloys, I don't know where exactly would this be written.

Jihu, please share, manufacturing date car (as on RC), manufacturing date of tyres as itched on sidewall of the tires, date of purchase of the car.
My experience with MRF has not lasted more than 30 to 35 kkm in the past.

Yeah.
I am guessing that diesel polo has more wear tear on tyres as compared to petrol ones, may be due to heavy nose on former.
I have driven on really ugly roads and on top of that did WAWB only twice in the span of 40k, still tyres are not that bad in shape.

Hey any idea on BS E300 prices?
