Tushar,
did you have overcoat done on your car from the MASS? If not, if you haven't got any scratched on your car as yet, go to the MASS and have it done. You can do it with aftermarket people like 3M also. Overcoat is the same as Teflon / paint sealer / top coat / clearcoat / polish etc, as people refer it. Its actually a film of clear paint that is applied on top of your base paint and it serves to protect the base paint in case of minor scratches. In addition, it makes the car surface shine like those show cars. Any contaminants can then be easily wiped off. If you get a scratch, the overcoat will get scratched, so paint underneath will remain protected and you can patch just the over coat with the various pens available for this. You wont need a shampoo then, just have someone wash the car daily with a bucket of water. Use a good microfiber cloth to clean
For tyres, just ask the washer to clean with water. Even if you polish it, it will get soiled within a short distance
For interiors, our cars have a plastic interior, so those waxes etc don't work too well (they are meant for leather wrapped interiors). When I got the HU fitted, the installer put a number of scratches dirt in many places. I cleaned it and used STP son-of-a-gun polish. You spray it on and spread with evenly a brush or just your fingers (I shifted over to a paint brush after I cut my hand spreading the polish), then let is be for 15-20 minutes. It will start forming a transparent sheen. Then just rub off the excess with a microfiber cloth. That gives the interiors a polished feel. Don't use the polish on the controls such as steering, gear knob etc as it makes them slippery. Also don't apply polish if you drive with the windows down. Any polish has a sticky finish that will collect dust and look worse. Don't use Turkish towels for the same reason- their lint sticks to the polish
