does anyone buy this stock hu and speakers in the market? i want to go for aftermarket hu and speakers
Few dealers exchange them for after market HU & Speakers, but the price they offer will be very less. If you could find a direct customer who is willing to get your OE stuffs, that should make a sweet deal.

So you got the ZXI?
The stock HU is also adequate for daily use. Its made by Nippon electronics (I think). The biggest advantage it has is that no one can steal it the way aftermarket once can. The speakers are generic. You can go for aftermarket ones later. My suggestion is spend the time reading through its manual and set it up properly.

Well, don't think anyone will buy your HU. Try replacing just the speakers first. I didn't want to run the cabling for components, so went for Infinity 6502ix and its nice

HU and woofer installation doesn't void warranty if you do a socket-to-socket job. No wire cutting!

The tire pressure in your tire should be 33psi. Again that's given both in the manual and they must have told you when handing over. If you are putting 40, you are over inflating and the ride will be rough. Even at 33psi, the ride in the rear is rough. I found through trial and error that 31psi is more appropriate in the city. Note that the pump gauges are almost never calibrated, so don't believe it blindly. Check the pressure at another pump just to be sure

Tusharbhai, try not to cross 2500 rpm till 1000 kms and 3000 rpm during the first 1500 kms atleast. Going by your posts it seems you are revving in 1st gear. You are just increasing the wear and tear of a new engine. Also FE will increase . When I got my Ritz Zxi in November I was getting 13ish . Now after 2800 kms its 15.3 kmpl in the city (tankful method). Highways with 120 km/hr + I am getting 19 kmpl.

Altoclumulus,

its very easy to overspeed in gear in that car even if you don't exceed 2000rpm. Don't ask how I know[;)]

Tushar,

just download a converter / check the conversion online

1000 I think is less since its a petrol. When you change gears it will go down even more. Too less will end in knocking and that is more torture than revving for the engine.

hi again sorry my account had been banned for 5 days now its unlocked hi bro thanks for replying if i give more than 1000rpm in first gear and change to 2nd @20kmph it causes knocking i think its a serious problem or i dont know its clutch disk is tight and during running in what should be my top speed in highways currently i am shifting gears in the following manner
1.1st to 2nd:20kmph
2.2nd to 3rd:30
3.3rd to 4th:40
4.4th to 5th:60kmph
any other point u want to add in for a run in car also when i cold start i keep it at idle for a minute

1000 is too less to change gear. No problem with clutch. Change min at 1500 -2000. Don't cross 2500 for first thousand kms. That would 80+ in 5th gear. So you shouldn't be bored. After 1000 kms gradually increase to 3000 rpm till 2000 kms. After that take her to 6500 if you want. At least this is what I followed. I do keep it in idle till the rpm settles down and then for the first few kms dont cross 2500 rpm or switch on the ac. This i do for a new car as well as my 95k kms old esteem.

I dont use the ac for first few kms till the engine reaches optimum temp. The new cars dont have temperature gauge but my esteem did. I wait till it reaches halfway before using the ac. For the ritz i wait till i have driven about 2 kms. If the clutch noise happens everytime, replicate it in front of them.
