My meaning was without removing the wheels. Park the car at the paint bay, just cover the tyres with news paper, will that spoil the car body paint ??

There will be a risk you paint spraying on your car body , even with most care. I would advise you to remove the wheels and get it done. It would not be that much effort.

Yeah even I afraid of paint deposit on the body, but you mean to say I need to remove one by one lifting the with the jack and do the painting and fit them back

That is why service center guys are handy. They can lift the whole car up by hydraulic lift and remove all 4 tyres in one go. If you can loan another Ritz tyre from some one, you can do two at a time and stepney last.

The IDV seems to be low from BA insurance quote. What was your car ex-showroom price and last year IDV?

The IDV quoted by BA is less. It should be 90% of present IDV ie. 0.9 x 417360 = 375624.

I would advise you to get quotes from different agents/check online as you can get lower premium in that case.

One of my friend who was buying new car BA quoted 15K in showroom, however he got it from BA online for 10.5K with same IDV

My car will finish 24 months by 6th june and warranty will expire and car is due for 20k service which is the first paid one. When I look at the manual there are lot of replacements(oils,filters) shown in the schedule so is that okay to get it done at Maruti dealer or from Bosch near to me as I little worried that Maruti guys may take a ride with the bill. Should I enquire with both what is the cost of 20k service and take a call ?
