Good color choice Guhan. I was considering silver too, which should be much cooler than darker colors in Summer. But changed in the end, since I loved the Granite Gray so much - heart won over the head. [:)].

However, when it came to choice of car it was head which won over the heart (picked Ertiga over Vento based on long term considerations, extended family usage, practicality, economics etc).

Dear Hari. Welcome to LUV world. Congrats for your new Ertiga. White color ertiga is stunning. I was also looking for this color but I had to satisfy with serene blue. By the way I too bought my ertiga from the dealer u bought. Which area u belong to in Kerala.

Hello,

I am planning to buy my first car and decided to go for Ertiga (in Hyderabad) and would like to take advise from senior members here.

1. Diesel Vs CNG - pros and cons. I will be using Car mostly in city less than 1500 km/month with occasional long drives.
2. If diesel then pros and cons for VDI Vs ZDI choice.
3. Timing - Is it the right time or should I wait for next festive season for good cash/discount offers? For me car is not urgent requirement.
4. Color - Granite Grey or Superior White

just knowing things from this forum, would appreciate help.

hai all
i had my ertis 3rd service done in herculis tvpm
but after the oli & filter change ,wheel balancing etc it was quoted 1806/- rs only.i was surprised as i was expecting more whats rate @ your place guys???

i observed a ding sound in the front shock and mentioned it to the service guy,he after inspecting said it was due to steering tourque issue and it could be corrected but wanted 2 days time
he said it might have come due to the wrong alloys ,but with the new alloys were installed recently

what could be the issue??
does it need serious attention(the guy said you can run with this ,but if turns annoying then take the car back for fixing it,but he said it will still be an issue in future)

i am clueless ,,, any help????

Hey Syed you did the right choice going for Ertiga.

1. Diesel vs CNG tough task to decide. If. Cng is available easily at your area I would say CNG over diesel.

2. If diesel pro is torque cons would changing filters. I would prefer going for VDi. If rear defogger and wiper does not matter you go for VDi alloys you can get after market alloys of your choice.

3. This is right time bargain for discounts. If you could wait till Diwali that would be a good season for more discounts.

4. Color depends on your like. Discuss with your house minister and decide.
