They will inspect it first and if they feel damaged caused by owner then warranty doesn't apply. That's wat they did when I escalated my steering noise issue. They checked it first as per their protocal and confirmed me that its some part inside which is faulty which they will replace. Is there a damage to bumper as well ?

Didn't get time to visit the ASC today, not even a single scratch on the bumper, I am afraid of only 1 thing and I just hope it is not the work of rats?? Fingers crossed...

Must say to all....

Maybe this features are there in other cars as well,but what baleno has taught me is SAFETY for myself.That irritating reminder if i dont put on the seat belt remind me of other seatbelts while i am driving different cars without the alarm.I make it a point to engage the seatbelts and drive which to me is a piece of satisfaction.Would like to thank baleno for such a safety feature(being my first car) and would like to appeal to others to encourage SAFETY while driving and the rest to the manufacture and type of your car.Doing so might save ur life by 40% .....

There are plenty on Amazon or Flipkart. Check for user reviews to get feedback of the product and choose as per your budget. Almost all of them do same kind of job just check for reliability

My friend has also ordered a white Baleno. Dont understand sucha big waiting time but they have launched Brezza also. They are spoiling their name in this waiting game

Hi All,

I have booked baleno zeta granite grey last week. Expected delivery is in september 1st week.

I loved the looks of the car and plethora of feature maruti is offering in this price segment.

However,
After reading a lot of reviews of the car these days, few things are pretty consistent in users opinion. Please correct me if I am wrong.

1. Unsatisfactory build quality
2. Not so Premium interior materials
3. Suspension and ride quality not very comfortable, especially rear seats are not comfortable for long journeys. Missing underthigh support

Overall, in short if one has to say, baleno is a car which is light, little bumpy, has substandard interiors and ride quality, with lot of leg room in back, lot of boot space, good engine and nvh levels and good looks

So, with these I am really confused whether my decision to go for baleno , over i20 , is correct.

Still thinking.. since RM mentioned that my booking amount will be re-funded, I can cancel and book other car whenever I want.

Please comment on my thoughts, looking forward for suggestions so that I finaly come to a conclusion

White= regal. Gets dusty soon
Silver= very indiscreet. doesnt get disty soon. difficult to patch
Granite grey= stands out. collects dust. high maintainence as dust is easily seen

I would say go white

The Baleno has better features but a less premium looking interior. The i20 has better interiors but back seat space is less. With regards to the bumpy ride, its widely reported & MS have informed they are working on a solution. However this is only on zeta & alpha. The delta & sigma are pretty good

Checked today with Nexa if they can do complete floor lamination, to my shock he said its going to be 6500. Anyone has any idea?

Have checked with local dealer who fixed my seat covers he said 2500 for complete floor lamination.

I want to get the floor laminated as its easy to clean it always. The current flooring is catching dust very quickly.

Why Cant you get 3D mat?, In Bangalore I got it @ 1500 which is perfect fit for baleno. I was in dilemma till last week, either to go with lamination (and normal mat) or 3D mat. Read couple of reviews about laminations and ask the accessories shop. They adviced, if car is for your own use (dont have multiple visitors like cab) dont put lamination instead of put money on good vacuum cleaner and 3D mat.

Read couple of reviews about laminations and ask the accessories shop. They adviced, if car is for your own use (dont have multiple visitors like cab) dont put lamination instead of put money on good vacuum cleaner and 3D mat.

I tried both lamination as well as 3d mat

First of all, carpet lamination is not of one type. The material used varies from transparent plastic to PU leather and the price varies accordingly. NEXA does it in PU leather.

With 3D mat, depending on type of mat you are getting, it interferes with the clutch movement. In my car, I am using 3D mats on all except driver seat for the same reason. I was using 3d mat on top of the lamination though

You will find advocates of both approaches. My take on this is that, since I am asthmatic, I got the lamination done. It lets the cleaning guy just wipe off any debris in the footwells. 3d mats offer additional convenience in that you can simply pick them up and empty them out.

If you get lamination done, make sure its done from a good installed. The lamination that they did on my car was really nice but I still had to touch up some areas with feviquik because the lamination kept coming out of the trim panel at the door sill. My friend did it from another shop and they did a lot of patchwork

Yes its perfectly fit and credit goes to Ameyam, he already mentioned in his previous posts about online 3D mats. So I went to shop and check it, I tried to press full clutch with mat and yes its perfect. I think now market has many options for mats, I checked many mat quality, price starting from 1500, 1900, 3800 all are made for Baleno.
