I am not interested in Baleno now due to long waiting. Waiting reached 6 months in Gurgaon. According to a insider, Manesar plant producing 9000 cars pm and 4000 are exporting. So I am canceling my booking , please help- should I go for i20 or Jezz in petrol.

I was also considering these options
Petrol Elite i20 is so so , In city driving conditions you will have to frequently work the gear, Second gear in particular is not very powerful noticed during the test drive.

Jazz Petrol on the other hand is good to drive. I Liked the way it drove, The front part is not huge so its easy to feel the car. But the only drawbacks are not enough gadgets .. Missing projector lights DRL's,push start, smart play and many other features and the Vx varient costlier compared to Baleno Alpha.

So I am still waiting for my Baleno [sleep]

If someone can throw some light n this issue..
At times when i enter the car and press the start stop button before the 3rd press that is cranking of the engine,i hear an alarm with at exclamatory sign lighting up n the instrument panel.Needless to say the key fob is always with me when i am getting inside.This has happened 4/5 times.

An alarm is just a sign that something is wrong. Does not mean that there is an issue. Just something you have to look for. Such as handbrake not released, car in gear, door open etc


@Vikaskr02, the Jazz Diesel is a much better car than the Jazz petrol. If you are looking at the i20, I suggest you look at the xcent instead

Is it the Steering lock alarm ? as until you start the vehicle the steering is locked so you may get the alarm. just keep a eye on MID it shows the Yellow color Steering icon with exclamatory mark on top of it.

It is not the steering lock alarm.It is different than that.probably in red.next time ill keep a good eye once it happens.

I activated Guide me light settings for Follow me home and Lead to Vehicle as per manual. I put light switch on Auto mode. Tried to lock and unlock (in dark) but not able to see this functionalities. Can any one guide me how to start both functions ?

I tried Jezz first time, it is really nice car.☺( Earlier i refused by only look at it) I m definitely going for Jezz Diesel. Amezing ride quality and far specious then others in this segment.

Thank you guys for helping to get a good car (without waiting). ☺

The alloys are indeed Momo Revenge. I was kind of torn in between Momo Revenge and Momo Quantum, after going to shop tried both of them and found Revenge to be a better suited alloy for the car, hence went with them. They are 15 Inch alloys so I haven't changed the tires, as 15 inch tires will give better ride than 16 inch ones. They cost me 30k for set of 4. It makes the car stand out from all the other Silver Balenos.

Finally took delivery of my Baleno Alpha petrol Silver on 1st april-16, booked on nov 21-2015. Driving experience was good and happy to own it.[:D]

i need a suggestion i have got installed 4-door power window up modular, my driver side window auto up is working fine but auto down is not working, please suggest
